Not A sport... Well it's in the infancy of potentially becoming an E-sport or an e-participarion sport maybe... I dunno...?
But I've taken to watching Spurs from the un-comfort of my Watt Bike... last 3 games I have watched, I have done the first half banging out 6-700 calories covering about 20-25 km... and while one out of 3 have been what I would have described as enjoyable... they have at least been productive...!
I like it. I could sit on my crack and just shout obscenities at the lazy cunts but instead I am riding my bike, at a moderate pace, whilst still breathlessly admonishing them for not retaining the ball well enough and actually giving my training a real boost of endurance work...
Anyonenelse go for a stroll on the treadmill infront of the box, or also jump on a bike???
Anyone else use a Wattbike or smart trainer...? I always wanted to get into Zwift but never took the plunge. I plan to once I have built the pain cave.
I love the idea of picking up a concept2 rower but 45 mins rowing would fucking annihilate me...
