It's too high, if they'd made it 540, i.e. £30 a game that would be fine , esp if they'd said
CAT A Games, will be £40 , Cat B £30 and Cat C games £20
And this year there's no cup games, so if they get Wigan in the Capital 1 , they can be £10 but if it's Man Utd they can be £25

If anyone hasnt seen?so far in the couple of hours much disgruntled comment on social media over the pricing, when I say much,I mean quite a lot!!I havent seen one positive comment yet TBH.
Here is what is being said, mostly
current STHs have to buy on these terms or lose their ST
"when you cost in travel and wembley food and drink everyone will be at a loss, not good really"
3 days in the life of @SpursOfficial supporter... 30th April fucking buzzing 2nd May fucking mugged off
This is a joke. To start prices at £650 when tickets will be available in the upper tier for every game at like a tenner is unfair
Well he hasn't done it for a while but looks like he's bringing Levy'd back !! Disgraceful pricing
You might be pleased, I'm not. Go to Wembley or lose your ST. Looks like I'm out then.
Really disappointed with this. 2 games less makes it look cheaper but Wembley catering will make it up. Transport also at least 4x

I could have copied 100 tweets like these.

Some of the negativity towards the club and implicit in that Levy, is I think unfair sometimes. Of course we would all like to watch our distinguished heroes for less money and have subsidised travel, because it's a bit of a nuisance getting to Wembley, and all the other gripes that affect fans individually. But consider this - we have been at WHL for 118 years, the club are trying to deliver a state of the art 61,000 seat stadium, at the forefront of technology with sliding pitches, Sky walks and affordable hotels and housing, creating jobs and regenerating an area ignored by successive councils and governments.

So in the overall scheme of things I say hats off to the club, there will be thousands of people grumpy, but there are likely to many more that recognise the huge difficulties and complexities of delivering a project of this size and scale, which btw all needs financing.

It's sometimes very easy to criticise and the club and Levy will make mistakes. But put yourself on their position and try and come up with a feasible plan that works for all, including the long term health of the club. It ain't easy and I think Levy, judging by his comments throughout his tenure is a fan as well as a Chairman (could be just brilliant PR of course). Of course there are dual longer term objectives, for the growth and strength of the club, being able to compete at Europes top table and ENIC making a stash of money. The whole project has to make commercial sense as well, like it or not - remember Leeds United and there are other clubs like Valencia that have half built stadiums.

The club are delivering enormous change not only on the football pitch but for a depressed area of London. We should be celebrating the bravery of another first from Spurs, not criticising every detail. That's the sort of stuff a lot of people thrive on in another place.

C'mon Rich that is not even close to a fair comparison really is it.

I think they got it right with the 3 match packages they did for the CL this year. Something similar for say 4 games Cat A, 2 x B's and C game for £125 would have been about right and sold the stadium out for the season. There are a lot seats still to sell after 21k existing STH's and 18k new ones...that's after club Wembley and 10k visiting fans.

Thats the thing, spend at least !!! £700 for lowest price area, and how much will individual seats be?that ST is £35 a game flat rate for PL only (cheapest area)now that sounds alright, except travel for many will be much higher, stuff in wembley food or drink will be much higher. But then how much will general sale tickets cost for say west brom?cant be cheaper than STHs .+40,000 general sale tickets to sell to members and joe public, aint going to happen if they are £40,upper tiers and all.
No one who has had a season ticket for a period should be forced to renew for one season at wembley or lose their season ticket IMO.And at those prices seems many dont want to.

I'm quite happy I'll be offered a season ticket, and it'll be about 700 quid with any luck, don't want to spend more than that really. I really only want to absolutely guarantee I have one for next season, but happy to have it early.

Would prefer it it were a bit cheaper. Especially they offer something on the more expensive end.

I agree with you in regards to STH....they should have a right/option to retain their ticket, but let's say they have that right and due to the change in venue they can only make/want 8 games a year....others might complain about the resale platform and potential profiteering. I also don't necessarily agree that a majority of STH's will be badly inconvenienced or pay more money than they do now. Prices at Wembley and Spurs for food and booze are comparable both inside and outside the ground. WHL isn't the easiest place in the world to get to, Wembley may well suit a large part of our support better. MK Dons certainly wouldn't. Thousands of surveys have taken place on these subjects, which I would imagine have had a strong influence on the decisions taken?

I think for us it seems a better deal,i just spent £145 face value for 2 tickets NLD and Man U.But I do feel for those with STs whom travelling is going to be harder and more costly and no choice but to renew.Midweek fixtures imagine Burnley 8pm on a weds night, how is the club going to sell 40 odd thousand seats?not at £50 do an offer sell em at £30?well then you are undercutting STHs.Fact many current STHs are sounding off isnt good PR,and THST have posted they are not responding to comments tonight because currently they are meeting (unplanned)with the board.

Sounds like we are having a ding dong!:D For me from Kent WHL is much easier than wembley,I think some will be more inconvinienced, others its a winner for them, selling out the stadium is going to be hard for many games especially midweek.Personally i dont mean to crusade cos im really not affected ATM,but if this structure for Levy`s pricing works at wembley (I mean sell outs),what is going to be charged in NWHL?

THST do a great job on behalf of all the fans and I think the club generally do as well in the level that they operate with THST....whatever happens there will always be those who are better off and those that are worse.

The club had to move for a season, what were the options? Ground share with our neighbours?

Ha ha, nah it's good debate though. There's never going to be a right answer that suits everyone. They got it pretty right with CL judging by the attendances even the dead game with CSKA got 60,000 - me included.

I get it... we need to make it work and the sums don't stack up too bad in comparison to some.

I'd say the bigger picture here is that while we are looking to consolidate our fantastic 2 seasons form while moving away from the lane we need to ensure that Wembley is absolutely fucking rocking for every game.

I simply don't have the spare dosh to fork out on a 200 quid day out every time I want to go watch a game. If I have a lotto win I'll bu us a box for the season.

It all depends how the club are going to handle any ticket exchange! not ideal but people could buy a ticket and just sell games

Imagine how valuable those tickets will be after Chelsea lose tonight and Monday, and we beat United and Leicester! OK, it's a fantasy but so is most of the stuff that goes on in my brain.

I am a bit restricted alcohol wise, if I come up and sit in a boozer and watch the game I will need an ambulance because I don't have any self-control at all and I have heard that they have run out of ambulances up there in the big smoke and I don't fancy sitting in a London hospital corridor for days waiting to see a doctor, who will turn out to be a 16 year old immigrant who has just worked 300 hours without a break, I won't be able to understand what he says so one of the 1,763 people in the queue will have to translate and instead of diagnosing a heart attack they will tell him I am having a fart attack and I will be prescribed some fucking Rennies and be kicked out onto the streets where all them fucking immigrant criminals will mug me and steal my sandwiches.......

Nah mate, the cheapest train ticket I can get is about 60 fucking quid, add in another 60 for a couple of drinks on the train, one or two in the pub and a few on the long journey home which would be even longer because of all the fucking engineering works - and that comes to .... a fucking lot, I can't afford it at the moment and I really can't spend a day drinking, I would end up a bit dead probably. My imagination is strong enough to convince my self I am actually at the Lane while I watch in a local pub, yes we do have tellies and Sky down here!
