What is pissing every one off, is that there were 22,000 STH , and rightly they'll have first,dibs on tickets for semi and final tickets........but me on 340 bronze points will have no more rights to a semi ticket this year than some JCL who never had a bronze card and now could,have equal chance of a semi as me......wrong, wrong wrong.....if anyone thinks it's right, I want equal chances with a 10 year held Sth

THST and THFC are in talks about this,either loyalty pts or length on waiting list i believe,obviously the loyalty pts would be vs the other 18k new STHs.Only talk atm.

I guess either try creating a new network?or use the network on callums for members?just looked at my account to see,I upgraded some to assign tickets to me and for me to assign tickets to them,they had all been reset to not doing anything but still in my network.I ll get callums details from you and add him to my network that will solve one problem over access/assigning members stuff I think.

Steve was doing something with tony about a week ago and assigned me his card befoore I advised him that he had lost his marbles and he cancelled it....might have done the same with you? The rest of mine is intact as previously. You can use my ST for some games if you like, my loyalty points are low, because I used a friends season ticket for most of last season, but let me know if you want it.

the argument is all new STHs are reset to 0 loyalty pts,however some as bronze members had a hand full of points and some over 500pts.Should they all be in a ballot for tickets such as a final which would have 6,000 tickets for 18,500 new STHs all starting at zero and probably all on the same loyalty pts by feb for example?members dont need loyalty pts as 40,000 STHs no cup finals,away games anything with loyalty pts will go down as far as members ever again,as all STHs have priority over members in applications.So how do you sort the neewbies out (the 18.5k STHs) ?ballot yes if you have not a lot of pts previously,length of time on waiting list,yes if you`ve been on it an age,or how many loyalty pts you had as a bronze member before,yes if you had lots of points.Surely length of waiting as a bronze or number of pts is fairer? Thats just my view cos I declined A ST and am just on the outside looking in.People have been contacting THST about it all 3 options,an all 3 being asked for depending on them serving their own best interest.Ballot is the answer if you were 55,000 on the waiting list and took a ST cos they probably dont have any pts!

In my view and I think it only applies for away games and cup semi or finals anyway, the existing/former 22,000 WHL have first priority, then for the new 18,500 STH's, it's loyalty points - which after all reflects their errrr ummm loyalty to the club.

That would be the LOGICAL train of thought, but we know that's unlikely to happen.
Just look at the pricing structure for the Juventus game.......I know it's Not sanctioned by THFC, as they've been invited to some American firms party, but I'm sure they were in discussions to sort out the price, it's gonna be embarrassing watching it with only 10-15,000.
If they'd done 15/5 for cheap areas , 25/10 club Wembley and 35/15 on the sides , a family of 4 could have gone for £50-100 , they'd then probably spend the same amount on programmes/food/ beer etc

By the way I agreed with @Wotspur original point, many fans have spent 1000s and years building their way into an advantageous position on waiting lists and points to be able to enjoy those extra special moments and should get first dibs.

With only 5000 or so tickets to service the members and GS it doesn't look like I'll get a ticket to NWHL which is very disappointing, I thought that was the whole point of increased capacity? Maybe not.

Just to chuck my two bobs in, got offered a ST and turned it down (actually the freaking window was so short to buy it it didn't even give me time to consider it in all honesty) and right now I got an email sitting in my box offering me some kind of Wembley pass for the season, but will also be turning it down.

I'm broke, pure and simple and the timing is just shocking for me financially. I could plonk it on my credit card but honestly couldn't justify it when I really need to get myself a car. Oh hum, I'll take my chances on general sale (although I doubt there will be any) as surely not everyone will be desperate to watch us in the Carling Cup or against smaller oppositions in the league. Wonder if we'll still get points for attending the matches ?

Hi Nat, I am in was is virtually the same situation, but I stuck it on finance. I am not overly happy that we are not getting any cup games on the ticket I might add. When I last had an ST we got loads of extra games on it, I will recoup some money by not going to all the games and will spend that on cup games.

The Club reserves the right to exercise its discretion to open or close the Season Ticket Exchange at any point in the sales process. This may be due to security and operational requirements.

• You will receive notification that your ticket has been successfully listed and one loyalty point will be added to your account in recognition of making your seat available through our official exchange. This will be added to your cumulative total after the match. You will receive further notification once your seat has been sold and a credit to the value of 1/19th of the cost of your season ticket. So fv for a cat A match around £60-£70 will get you about half that.
