So true as well,how we are constantly being judged,its like we are in a crisis??and tbh even with a few disappointments we are light years ahead of arse&liverpool,probably on par with chelsea&united and a bit behind city squad wise,but FFS we are punching so much above or weight&look comfortable doing so.

I heard somewhere that hamstring injuries are often the result of being over-trained....but I'm corrected above it's overuse (which can come from too much training?) I remeber in Poch's first season we had barely any injuries - that now looks like luck.

What would you consider more of a disaster, losing Kane or losing Poch?

Obviously either of them going would be a bloody nightmare imo and I don't see it happening - at least for another season or two. But say nightmare was reality and we had to lose one.. which one would you choose?

Kane.

Poch coaches and gets the best out of about 15 players, sets the tone, mentality, motivation and direction. With £150m he could buy a Kane replacement and have him up to speed within 3 months. Meanwhile Son, Dele, Llorente and Eriksen would have to step up. It would still be a huge miss but we would cope eventually.

Have to keep Poch,he can replace irreplaceable players!!thats magic.Its like selling the chicken or the eggs !!

I'd sell Kane and keep Poch too. We've ahd a fair few good goalscorers in my time but no genuinely top class managers.

@Liam @Don Diaz @skiathospurs Yep the view shared by me - I'd keep Poch over Kane.

I think the alternative view of preferring to keep Kane over Poch, which one of my work mates has, is more of a short term view. That short term view would be that if we sold Kane there's very little, if any, strikers out there that are on that level, those few as good might not be available for a club like ours with our wage structure, our other stars could become disgruntled by the sale of one of our top players and potentially jump ship too, sends a bad message to the fans and players. His feeling is that there are other managers out there as good as Poch but very few strikers as good as Kane. So effectively Poch is more replaceable.

I do disagree with his view as imo Poch is the best manager in the world for us even if he makes the odd incorrect tactical decision here and there. Granted I'm biased but I really do believe in terms of a manager suited to our current squad and future - Poch is number 1. I can honestly say that I haven't been more on board or understood a Spurs manager's vision better than Poch's.

Dare I say it, the poch is the creator of Harry Kane in many respects and it's better to have the creator than the final product.

Also a Kane injury ruins his effectiveness whereas managers can carry on forever as Mr Alex Ferguson proved.

Poch all day long. He enables the players to become their best. Without him none of the players would be as good as they are...

Fatigue is certainly a big part of most soft tissue injuries. Changes in playing surface can make a difference though.
