Sarr is an absolute baller
Said it on another forum back in January 2023.

He's great and is only going to get better, a proper player.
Reminds me if a young Patrick Viera the way he steps across people and gets the ball.

Not knocking Sarr... But he needs to grow a foot taller and stick about 30 kilo on to be near Viera...

Viera, was a fucking worldie... Regardless of what short he wore...

He had a very good game and I think he is being deployed slightly higher up the field, which I think is why he is looking better...

Bisouma hasn't recovered his early season worldiness... He was looking unplayable for the first 10 games with Sarr being a very good sideman... Looks like roles have reversed somewhat.

Great for the side they're both back at it... And also nice to see Bentancur stick a little bit on Cash at the end...!!!

Sarr is young, but I think he’s the smartest player in the side. Brilliant at creating space for himself in midfield. I was listening to this one while driving, and sometimes you can tell a lot about a game by whose name you hear the announcer say the most. His was the name I kept hearing.

He does have a long way too go but he's only 21, and if he keeps improving (big if I know) , there's no reason he can't reach those levels.

He's very, very good now and I believe he has the potential to become a worldie.
That's how highly I rate him.

Obviously nobody really knows.

Yeah, deffo 🤞🤞🤞.

I think Viera was playing in some French farmers league before the arch bacon got his hooks into him...

I can't believe there isn't more of a bus about this result to be honest... We've just smashed the only serious top 4 rival 4-0 and it's like it never happened...

Yes The Dippers and Oil Barons had a magnificent game as well... But we stepped up...

Because we won. Imagine if we had lost in the fashion that we won. Every pundit that side of the pond would be
1) waxing lyrical about villa
2) calling for romero (assuming he saw the red) to be banned for a lifetime
3) asking if ange was the right man for the job
4) talking 'spursy'

Apparently the Spammers winning tonight now makes it a near certainty that 5th place will be enough for Champions League next year.

Obviously I’d prefer 4th or - hopefully - higher but it’s good to know we might have a fallback.

Who's willing to go celebrate in their neck of the woods?

The local shopping centre near me has an official West Ham club shop so I pretty much live there already. I should wander in there to say thanks.
