7 muppets need to go, 6 quality players out on loan need to replace, Richarlison, Solanke, Kolo Muaini, italian Leg End Goalkeeper, Dragusin, possibly Porro, definitely Romero, maybe , Sarr? , bring in Devine, Lankshear, Donley, Phillips, Vukovic, Solomon. Integrate every one of them, + 3 at least from u18/U/21. Bin Viinny the gooner Stooge, bin Langh..Get as much as they can. Listen to De - Zerbi re recruitment, and integrate as many top quality younsters as possible. Winning Europa last year, just papered over the cracks that have been coming with our Abysmal Injuries and method of play. New ground should be a total fortress, not where we win 3/19 home games. Teams need to be dominated at our home. Bring in Robertson and Senesi on free transfers. . So, I'm back from the party, I haven't had a beer... I didn't feel like celebrating tbh.

Everyone above RDZ should not be safe in their jobs. I don't see how, if there are other options, other candidates another way of setting up a club to progress professionally that we don't take the time to reset and do something new... We need to shake off the shit feeling round this club and it must happen from the top down.

For me, recruitment has been shit for a decade. Kane kept us in the race for ages and Sonny finally delivered us some silver ware... But they were not replaced in any way and consequentially we are a lot worse now.

There are poor players and poor personalities right across our squad. Yes 3 managers didn't help that, but it is plain to see that the ones who have been out there most of the season are far below the level required to cut it in this league. If we don't invest lots of money we will continue to be where we are and facing the same problems we have faced this season.

The medical team must get a mention here... I think it's over 1000 lost playing days to injury with the closets other club only suffering around 50% of that... That's absurd. Utterly absurd.

The owners (Joes daughter now),doesn't give a fuck, doesn't have a clue and the argument that neither did her dad may be true but ultimately she is running this club into the dirt.

I agree with everything u say here, but it goes deeper than that. Why do we have a top class academy, and never bring abyone through. Why is devine , still awaiting his league debut 5 years after signing, why have we told preston they can have him for £4.5 million. That lad is pure class, better than anyone we have in midfield barring Madison and possibly Bergvhall. No we go and pay £30/40/50 , million for Carlos Kickaballs. We sign a firward from Argentina, supposedly best header if a ball for generations. He is given,3/4 games as a sub, scores twice i think( cant recall his name sorry). Been out on 4 loans now being sold for £8.5 million. Why bloody buy them if they are never going to play. Just bought Brazilian Left back, 1 start, 2 subs appearances. Why has our useless foreard line of French Mercinary Muaini, Cant trap a bag of cement Sowanke ( yes i did spell it right) and the big nose Brazillian, no control no speed no how, been out forwards, where are the reserve forwards. Brought Melia in not so much as out on the bench, got Wilson on loan,from Hearts scired 5 goals i think, never on bench. We r abysmal at developing young players. If they are good enough, they are old enough. Get them in. Sorry but had enough of the muppets, who supposedly know the game. Yep.. your both spot on... we need to completely rebuild... sell anyone you can get decent $$$ back, hell sell anyone you can get a hot water bottle for. Tell the Medical team that they failed and tell them to fuck off .

Back De Zerbi, give him whatever he wants, let him Win(hopefully) or lose. No in-between support, make it his Team. And hopefully it will become our Team.

We need creativity, we need players who want the ball and who think. Players who think for themselves and try to play. No more sideways free kicks, no more turning away from an opposing player and passing backwards. We need players brave enough and capable enough to beat an opponent.

We've been lacking Creativity and Bravery for a long time, in fairness I feel a lot of previous Managers beat it out of a lot of our players. So sell anyone that De Zerbi wants.

Play the kids ..let them grow together, let them make mistakes and learn, Look at Kinsky and his growth.... Look at what Moore has done in Scotland ... Devine, Bergvall, Gray. . ect

And fire the big wigs, then burn their wigs...

Perhaps get some previous players into the leadership group, give them a chance to build tottenham back into Tottenham.

I do agree with @danboy. that it would be nice to see some of the academy players given a proper chance. Could Will Lankshear have been that much worse than Richarlison? He was good at an Oxford United team that had nothing else going for it. Why waste time on RKM when there are younger players that could get a chance? Right now the academy seems to serve no purpose other than a loan factory for the EFL. We don't sell players on for profit and none of them make their way into the team as regulars. If we're not producing players that are good enough to play, then why not?

This has annoyed me almost as much as the unwillingness to buy proven players and pay the wages. Almost every team in the top 5-6 this season has multiple academy products that feature regularly.
