Why did it take 85 fucking minutes before we woke up and started playing? Where do they get these refs from? The gobby cunt who scored the goals should have had 6 yellow cards, and a straight red for his throat cutting gesture. So many fouls not given and cards not shown

Can't blame the referees for that...
Brighton were superb. We, with that back 4, were fucking not.
Davis was again very good, Udogi was very good... Poro and Long shorts guy were not very good.
Sarr can't do it on his own. He is a great foil when you have someone breaking the lines like Bisouma but without him or Bentancur in the side, he is a passenger a lot of the time.
Hoijberg did what he does... I don't want to see him go, he is a great squad player and someone who you can guarantee will knock his cunt in every minute of every game. They 100% bossed the middle of the park though both attacking and defensively... I was calling our for GLC at half time and he came on and looked like he didn't fancy it much...?
Kulu/Son/Johnson were dog shit... Or maybe Brighton just did enough to make them look ordinary...? Either way I agree that Johnson needs to start doing way more... Take your man on FFS, go round him, you're rapid...!

Agree on the point ref his technical ability... But for me, he stays, as he always runs his arse off. And while we have Bisouma/Bentancur out, or if it's 20/30 minutes to go and you need to sure up the middle of the park a bit more... He is my go to...
I'd say that he is too good and can do a way better job in Italy/Spain than he does in the Premier for that to be his lot... He probably should go, but right now... Nope.

I’m on the fence about PEH. But it’s going to be hard to let players like him go in January unless we have replacements lined up. With him and for that matter Royal, I wouldn’t think theyre in Ange’s plans long term, but without them, we’d have to play kids I guess.

Can’t be bothered to look up the stats, but IMO Vicario has been the best GK in the league this season. I’ve seen some saying he should’ve saved their first goal, which is fair enough (though I don’t really agree). But he’s brilliant.

I suppose you do have to wonder why Ange doesn't seem to have faith in the likes of Ashley Phillips and Alfie Dorrington.
Both are very talented youngsters who are natural CB's and yet we persist with a defence made up entirely of FB's.
Of course it would be handy if you had an experienced head available for one of these kids to play alongside, but that can always be Ben Davies at the moment.
And Veliz comes on last night, looks handy and ends up scoring so why not give him a chance ?. I know Richarlison has been in decent form but Veliz is more of a natural striker than he is.
