That's a bit..... shady, but fuck me they can have the useless cunt, we will benefit by freeing up the wages.
Reminded me of the Turkish invasion of the old place a few years back.

Where Cyprus? ;)
Ooooh! Nice retort. You nearly took his head off with that one.

I remember the Croats, but not the Turks. The Croats were funny. I remember the septic Deuce-Jizzers, they were funny. I remember the Dutch cunt, he wasn't funny, he was a cunt, like the Welch twat, he was a cunt as well. Turks? Nah, can't say I remember that invasion, but my memory is totally fucked so who knows?

What was? The Turks? Was that when we played Baziktas? Vague recollections are beginning to form........

I never minded the mini invasions, I though they were amusing. Some folks got a bit precious about them, but a laugh was had, at their expense, so let them come I say!

Besiktas it was. Mods manning the ramparts kept the worst of them out. Come to think of it, we were a bit like President Drumpf's border patrol...a disturbing thought indeed. Or maybe we were more like the Holy Roman Empire at the battle of Vienna, since Don wants to play history Trivial Pursuit

You win....!! I went to Austria last year, Vienna and Salzburg, I didn't see any rampaging Turks and even less Holy Romans, I was probably a few years too late....

A 'secret clause' from the 'secret footballer'. THFC have the first option on Graeth Bole? Well he wasn't much as a left back so I suppose we could see if he could manage on the right as a back up for Trippier? Of course everybody would be all 'oooooh the Welch wizard is back' but players returning to old clubs never seems to work out brilliantly does it?

This is very probably a load of old bollox.

Probably bollocks, but I do have a raging erection at the very thought of it.

I'd like it to happen, and for Bale to want to come back, but he's quite often injured, would want a shed load of dosh and I'm being naive. it's happened it was great but we've moved on.

If Bale moves I don't see it being anywhere bar Man United unless he really did love Spurs and wanted to finish his career in the new lane and wasn't to bothered about wages. Mwahahahaha yeah right.

Having him in the squad this season though would be magic. He's one of those players who can turn a draw into a win single handed and now he'd be lining up with 3 other attackers who can take a game by the scruff of the neck aswell. We'd be awesome with his addition but our attack is pretty awesome anyway!

The 'hands off' from Poch, Levy and the club when they could have arguably cashed in substantially is pretty impressive it seems.

Liverpool fans still deep in denial over this one. Surely they won't turn down the kind of money on offer though. If they don't take it (or maybe even if they do) watch how fast the Dele stories will start picking up steam. The window can't end quickly enough for me.

Someone told me once that the best teams invest when they're strong.....to stay strong. I think we will but Levy is playing his usual waiting game which sometimes works (Van der Vaart) and sometimes doesn't (Sissoko). The one major time when he did invest strongly and early with the Gareth Bale money it didn't really work out over time it was a 2/7 with Eriksen the jewel. Let's cross our fingers and see what happens....asking David Pleat's opinion on a few players might not be a bad shout since he 'found' Dele Alli as far as I understand.

Liverpool will also have a major problem if Coutinho leaves, and if he doesn't I wouldn't be surprised if Hazard is Barca's choice.

Depending on City's selection Aguero might also end up being an unhappy bunny, difficult to take on Jesus and win eh?

Makes sense for now,I think its purely posturing though. They know barca have money, lots of money to burn, they like us with Bale must be seen to be refusing any sale.Reality is the player wants it,barca want it,its a shed load of money and american investors will decide, not Klopp or the kopites.Personally,i dont think he is a key player to lose, tidy but his record isnt outstanding, there are plenty of others out there,AM are not the rarity of a striker. This will rumble on for a bit whilst liverpool themselves look to buy a replacement,or a head turned player continues at the club, thats a pretty big gamble on how he will perform.

Christian : "I like living in London. I wouldn’t have extended my contract if I didn’t," he said.

Rose: "Everyone knows that the club is going in the right direction and I'm over the moon that I've earned a new contract that will keep me here until I'm an old man!"
