Saw some Google reports that Paulie wants to go back to Portugal and Sporting Lisbon are after him...
I'd never stand in the way of a players desire to go home, but he is a monster in our side, and one of those effective, defensive, destructive midfielders that don't come around very often...
I live the way he plays, I like what he does, yes there could be more going in the other direction, but he isn't selling that in spades, we know what the offer is and for me he was stand out last season...
I'd be very sorry to see him go... But thankfully we got him in a Lillywhite for a short while.

This fucking club... We could have tied this up months ago... Yes he would have suffered a career ending injury moments after signing, but that's not the point...!!!

Assuming we do manage to land van Hecke and Senesi as well, that’s going to mean we’ll have SIX potentially first choice centre backs on the books, and that’s not counting Vuskovic even though he’s likely to go out on loan again.
If Romero is the big departure then I imagine Dragusin, and most likely Ashley Phillips as well, will follow.
