Unless he's fucking up the dressing room, it's hard to see how levy/poch would be looking to move him on so soon, as @Dorset says it's too early to call him a flop. Hell we've had players who took almost 327 games before they settled

If he wants to play he will earn the right.

If he doesn't then he will be fucked off out of it and either way we will be better.

He hasn't flopped yet ffs he hasn't earned the right to flop yet.

I will never believe that Levy has paid £30 million and £95k a week for him. It just doesn't make sense. I see plenty of media people who are adamant that we have and we are but every way you look at it it makes no sense whatsoever. There must be more to this transfer than at first appears.

The way I understand it is that we agreed to pay £6m a year for five years IF he stays with us, so we only pay the whole £30m if we don't ditch him. I might have that completely wrong, but it seems to make sense, I can't believe Levy parted with £30m.

Fark knows what happens if we sell him at the end of the season, knowing Levy he will make a farking fortune and Newcastle will get shafted, I expect the only way we could sell him would be if another club took over the HP payments on Sissoko (after bunging levy a nice fat chunk of wonga of course).

I expect we would have to get the new club to pay us and we would still have to pay the Toon the yearly £6m wedge, we don't want Doug and Dinsdale Piranha coming round the new Lane and 'accidentally' breaking it. It might be a bit messy moving him on, but I'm sure Levy has a backdoor (ooh that is a horrible thought, Levy's backdoor, nah, I have to shift that out of my brain, I'll think about Rachel Riley's backdoor instead).

Hopefully we won't need to say goodbye to Sissoko, I still reckon he could come good, but then I thought Bobby would start scoring goals right up to the day he left so what the fuck do I know?

Sorry guys but I could not resist and have gone over to the other forum to look and see what comments they have posted regarding Sissoko after what I regarded as his good performance yesterday.

''That works out at 1.5m a minute so far in his Spurs career then....let's wait for class performances over 20 games before getting carried away with Sissoko''

Now whose post could that be?

No peeping LOL

I didn't get to see the game yesterday (was sound asleep) but from the separate sets of highights he did seem to play well. This is encouraging after the last few performances from him. I think being dropped and Poch publicly saying he needs to show more on the training field in order ot be selected may have worked. Hopefully he keeps this up. As for the comment above it could be anyone from that place!!!

He was OK in his brief stint yesterday, in my opinion, though as others said he was clearly very nervous. I suppose that at least shows that he's taking some of the criticism on board and is eager to prove himself. As we've been saying, if he's not working hard he won't play for Poch, period. We have a pretty settled XI right now, but we'll certainly need him to contribute as the fixture list gets congested.

So between 0 and 9, how do you rate him as a poster?
0 as a spurs supporter, not a lot more as a poster, this is the bloke who bought a membership on a gamble of a NLD ticket, didnt understand what do not refresh meant when on the wheel of doom, then asked for a refund when his gamble failed because of the refresh error, try that in vegas !!The worst kind of wannabe,he also said everything bill nic said was rubbish,he didnt care about respecting other spurs fans (those are direct quotes) and as a genius rotated the whole team for the palace cup game and EL game, then when pointed out if dier alli lamela got bookings in the cup suspension awaited, promptly revised to play them in EL and not the cup,one minute a genius the next a know nothing.A huge reason I gave up,people like him, humourless and talking about facts when its all subjective.
Not a fan you may guess!!;)

One thread he started was questioning the education levels if you were British, US or rest of the world, mainly because he was getting some stick from the commoner English type at the time.

The 0 to 9 rating was a dig at his stupid polls he started.

I did however enjoy some of the responses he got for his thread about suggestions for a stag do.

Dickead is still the best putdown out there by a mile. You can have your twats, wankers, cunts et al but for me dickhead trumps them all. Great work mate. And yeh, I'd go for moe and all. lol

Oh I enjoyed the education levels one! Didn't he want to know what sort of degrees we all had and which universities we had been to - not to brag about his superior education of course, oh no, it was just for a study he was doing, probably into how much of a cunt he is.

I think he probably had a much longer education than any of us, I think the educated elite in the US leave school when they are about 45.

My favourite from this cunt was when he was slagging Lamella at the end of the 2015 season, when I suggested he may be posting a lot of old of old tosh because Erik had improved quite a bit, he said he hadn't actually watched any of the recent games but he doubted if he had improved much since the couple of games he had bothered to watch - CUNT!

He is one of the classic 'look at the results and if we didn't win post that we are shite' wankers., no need to watch the game or take injuries, opponents quality for any other fucking thing into account, he said many time that he didn't care how we played as long as we won, so I will quote Sir Bill, just to annoy him:

It’s no use just winning, we’ve got to win well.

Well, I thought he had a very tidy performance tonight, would have been my man of the match except Eriksen scored 2 and probably should have scored another 3 or something.

It seems the kick up the Ar$e helped him as his last two games have been really good

He's a big, strong brute who is completely uncultured in how to play the game.

Provided his attitude is good he will change a few games for us. It is all going to be in how Sissoko applies himself. It's all very well to ski downhill, but when the going gets tough is when we will see what sort of player we have.

Still, Mane was up for sale at the same price......and that makes me sad.

Tottenham’s summer signing Moussa Sissoko says he is getting used to the physical demands of playing under Mauricio Pochettino and is adjusting to the manager’s philosophy.
Sissoko swapped Newcastle for Spurs in a £30million transfer on deadline day in August but has taken a while to find his feet at White Hart Lane.

The 27-year-old ‘s low point came when he was omitted from the 18-man squad for the trip to Chelsea at the end of last month, but since then there has been a noticeable improvement.

Sissoko has impressed as a substitute against both Swansea and Manchester United in the last fortnight, earning a return to the starting line-up against Hull City on Wednesday night – and he produced a powerful performance full of direct running in the 3-0 home win.

“I feel comfortable on the pitch - me and also the team, we did very well” he said. “We played a different system so I was more inside. That is what I like - but I can also play as a winger. The manager decided to change the system so it was good for me, for the team. We won the game and that was perfect.

“To come here, it was not easy because a lot of things happened. I signed late, I didn’t have any preparation. It was a new system, a new job, so a lot of change.

“I needed to work a lot on that so I spoke with the manager and all the staff and we tried to work on it at training. Now it’s good for me because I played and I did well I think, so that’s good and I hope I can do more for the future.

“[The physical demands] was a big change for me because in my old team it was totally different. I needed to understand the manager’s philosophy but now it’s ok. I know what he wants, I know what to do, and that’s what I will do.”

Asked if he has found anything particularly difficult at Tottenham so far, Sissoko said: “The intensity of the training, the style of how the manager wants us to play - a lot of things. What we do in training, it was a lot of change. Every manager has his style of training so now I understand everything.

“When will I reach my best form? I don’t know, it’s difficult to say. I wouldn’t be able to say ‘next game, in one month, two months’. For me the best thing is to do what I did all the time - to stay calm, to work, to do what I need to do, and then everything will come. It’s as simple as that.”

I echo Conor and rev, and would add that I did not think the incident was a sending off--yes he got him, but after watching the replay I think he was trying to pull away from the challenge. Even if he should've been sent off, fuck it, it paled in comparison with what the likes of Ibra and Rojo have been getting away with of late.

Yeah, he obviously realised he was going to kick the bloke and tried to pull out of the challenge - it still could have been a red card and he was lucky to get away with it, maybe he is trying a bit too hard to shut the numpties up who are bitching about what a waste of money he is? I was impressed by his performance, he gave the goal scoring opportunity to Danny and yeehaw didn't he do well? Oh yes a beauty.
