Does anybody know if Black Sails is any good? I watched the first 3 series, but is it worth watching series 4? Nobody has mentioned it so I thought I'd ask.

We're off to Majorca for an Easter break tomorrow so I have downloaded it just in case, along with the Night Manager which I somehow missed on normal telly. Mrs D wants to watch the Rio Ferdinand documentary, I've downloaded that as well but I am worried it will set my hay fever off and people will think I'm not a big tough bloke because my eyes will get all watery.

I havent watched season 4 yet im waiting to binge watch it,we have about 10 series on the go and told the missus she d have to wait.Love it though.

I admire Rio`s openess but from what I ve read I wont watch,i dont really enjoy seeing other peoples grief no matter how good the message it is sending.I wish him well cos its terrible to have suffered as he has.

So I need a new box set to watch, with no Westworld (absolutely awesome) or Walking Dead (getting a little samey) for me to watch and I've even done the Affair, I now need some advice on what to watch? Any help would be much appreciated. For instance is Breaking bad a good watch, reviews from mates have been mixed, from brilliant, a must watch to a bit dull and drags on.

Yeah mate quite a few have said that, bit of a payoff if you stick with it. I'm finding with a lot of the popular tv series, that once they get a big following, the makers try and drag storylines out for as long as possible, so you end up with a lot of 'filler' episodes.

Umm, hmmm, errrr. Yeah I tried to read the book because apparently it is a masterpiece, not my cup of tea, I got half way through and realised it was bollocks. I have watched the first 3 episodes and I don't think I'll bother to watch any more, it's all too arty, too much style and not enough story.

Any Breaking Bad fans HAVE to be watching Better Call Saul - ok not as great as breaking bad but it's really starting to get somewhere and explains all the background shenanigans that are going on at the time, really enjoying it.

I've just caught up on Supernatural. Love that show.

New ones I've watched and liked are Lucifer and Taboo.

Lucifer is a good laugh. Pretty light watch. I could watch it for Maz alone. She is gorgeous.

Taboo is intense. Tom Hardy is fucking brilliant in it. Very clever programme. Really enjoyed the first season.

Yeah Lucifers a great laugh. That fella Tom Ellis is a very good actor and has that role down to a T.

Taboo will go down as an epic after a few seasons. I liked the pace of it something always happening. I always wonder about an actor like Tom Hardy taking something like that on. Must get in the way of film roles I'd have thought.

As for Supernatural it's 12 seasons in now. I watched the first one again the other day and all I can say is that it's a show that really matures after season 1. Season 1 is alot of werewolves, ghosts, vampires etc but it goes way beyond that after a couple seasons. They do quite literally delve into every supernatural myth out there though and right Upto demons and hell etc. Depends if you are in to that sort of thing I guess. If you have ever seen that programme Constantine supernatural is a miles better version of that.

Deadliest catch still good drama for a fly on the wall,what a heartbreaking episode the last one was,fuck me poor old sig.Whenever they have a coastguard "pon,pon,pon" alert my missus grabs a pillow and goes oh no....

Still good after all these years.
