There's the usual stuff and nonsense on here today......but interesting stuff and nonsense

Imagine Higuain as back up to Kane (with Troy Parrott waiting in the wings for 2021) Wan Bissaka instead of Trippier, Brandt in midfield, Add Mata and maybe Grealish to strengthen the squad, keep Rose, Eriksen and Alderweireld. That would be a pretty good Summer.

All financed with sales of Tripps, Wanyama, Aurier, Llorente, N'koudou and Lamela.

What's not to like?

I don't like the idea of selling Trippier, do we give up on our blokes when they go through a rough patch? No, we don't Sissoko would have been sold years ago, Bale would never have earned Levy all that money - even Sir Harry of Kane has dry periods. When Trippier is on form his crosses are the best in the PL, free kicks can be splendid and his corners are 100% better then Christian's - nice to see him bang a free kick in the other day, it was like the good old days. I am also a bit anti-Wanyama selling, I don't think he's fully recovered yet and a match-fit big Victor W next season might be just what we need. Aurier and GKN can go, and I really hate to say it but Lamella too.

The problem will be that Levy will want stupid money up front for the players leaving, before any purchases can be made - and he will want to pay fuck-bleeding-all for the new players. Then the Levy lovers can tell me yet again how financially astute he is, to which I will reply, "yeah but he's a cunt".

Ok fair enough keep Tripps, he was mustard at the World Cup after all, and maybe he will turn his form around, We've also got KWP and I like Wan Bissaka, he's young and going to be brilliant.

Levy can be both things at the same time and will be gone soon enough. Then we'll have some other even more rich bloke that might or might not care as much as apparently Levy does. Imagine ever regretting the day that Danny left??/ ha ha. Or maybe not, maybe we'll get Walmart as new owners and they'll let Poch run the club however he wants, with limitless funds, and we'll be the new Manchester City.........all pretty shit really.

I like him, but he's got to go hasn't he. Forever injured, even when he's fit he can't get in the first team and he's only got one foot. Someone like a Ward Prowse/Grealish/Mata would be a better squad player surely for 10 games a season?

No. I'll think of some reasons after he comes on and wins us the final!

Still can't see it, tbh. I've no doubt he wants to come back to England, and obviously United, who he'd always been linked with, is probably not the most attractive option. But I can't see it happening, or working out even if it does happen. As always, I'll be delighted to be proven wrong (as I usually am tbf.).

wages all day long are the issue. Not affording them, but setting the precedent of a level.I have no doubt Ozil has caused aggro at woolwich because of his 350k a week, why wouldnt ramsey want it too?played better than fischkopf and that goes for most of their squad.Same at united with sanchez, good luck loaning him out on those figures even if united are paying half, same with Bale.If Bale is all about the money, then I dont want him,I dont want him earning more than Kane,if toby&eriksen leave because we havent buckled on wages, how the hell do we justify it for a player that refused to train until he got his way??If Bale comes back because of his heart,I`m all in,but if its purely for money then he can rot in serie A or psg or man united or 10 games a year in madrid.

Difficult to argue against any of that. Unfortunately his time at Spurs is probably done.

Bale's obviously pissed in the pool at Madrid or something--Zidane said yesterday when asked that he wouldn't have brought him on even if he had four subs

Gareth Bale is reportedly staying at Real Madrid whether he plays or not and seeing out the remaining 3 years of his contract at £15m a year.

According to a Spanish radio station he reportedly said this.....

'I've got three years left on my contract,' he said. 'If they want me to go, they'll need to pay me £15m per season. If not, I'll stay here. And if I have to play golf, I will.'

Bale is known to be a keen golfer and loves to play sport in his spare time. The former Tottenham winger has even built a golf course in his back garden and has copied some of the world's famous holes.

The Wales international's chosen three holes were the 12th at Augusta, Royal Troon's Postage Stamp and the tricky par-three 17th at Sawgrass.

When asked about his personal course last year, Bale said: 'As I moved here I had a lovely bit of land here and I had something I really wanted to do with it and decided that I would love to make a dream come true and build a mini golf course in my house.

'From a plain piece of land to build what we now it was a lot of hard work and a lot of craftsmanship.

He an Ozil can golf and play cards together while collecting ungodly sums of money. Actually sounds pretty good to me,

Can’t imagine this will happen as they earned promotion?

Tottenham plan to step up their interest in Norwich teenager Max Aarons ahead of the summer window.
Aarons, 19, has attracted interest from every big Premier League club with Spurs currently leading the chase from Arsenal, and Chelsea.

Right-back Aarons has been outstanding in Norwich’s promotion push with Spurs making regular checks and they were interested in a January move with a loan back.
But Norwich have been determined to keep him, put a £15million price tag on him to scare off potential suitors and know it will be a battle this summer.

Tottenham are lining up a £40million swoop for Roma whizkid Nicolo Zaniolo.
Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino wants Zaniolo in his team next season, and hopes to beat Real Madrid , Juventus and Bayern Munich to his signature - if the teenage sensation can be persuaded the quit the Serie A side this summer.

Zaniolo, 19, emerged as one of Europe's most promising midfielders after arriving at Roma 10 months ago as part of the swap deal that took Radja Nainggolan to Inter Milan.
