Would have liked CCV to get a PL loan, but i think his pace is an issue. Would still rather keep Eriksen than sign Dybala, but only if his head is straight and he wants to be here.

Really hope we have a deal sheet in for Lo Celso. Would be an embarrassment for us to not land him after all that. I didn't know who he was until a few weeks ago, and know I can't live without him.

So Clarke, N'Dombele, Sessegnon, and Lo Celso, If we hang on to Eriksen and Rose then we have improved a good bit. Hell, at least we signed players. We can still move out Wanyama, and N'koudou. That would make this a very good window. But still . . . LEVY OUT!:D

There's still another week to go for European clubs.......If Eriksen Toby and Rose all stay, I'd give Levy 7/10. I had to Google Ndombele and Lo Celso and no Right back. So some new faces, new energy and backing for Poch. If Eriksen leaves then it's a 6/10 I reckon?

Moving out Wanyama could be a big mistake, I hope he will get back to his magnificent best this season. I was having a look at the 2017 season, our best defensive season ever, the 3 big differences in the squad were Big Victor playing in 36 games, Moussa playing a part in 30 and Kyle Walker 33 games. We need a good right back, at least one, Serge and KWP are probably not good enough if we want to win the league. We need some steel in midfield , Dier don't got it at the moment, maybe he will get back, I think Wanyama will be better if he recovers his form and even if he's not 100% we might need him, so I'd keep him. Luckily Sissoko has turned into a superstar. Losing more players would not improve a slightly better than mediocre window for me,

On another note, I think Onomah to Fulham is a good move for everyone involved. Still have a feeling about him, hope we have a buy-back.

If his knee is ok, then you are likely right. If it's shot, then it is probably time to move on. I count 6 true midfileders: Sissoko, Winks, Skipp, Wanyama, N'Dombele and Lo Celso. Hell, that is some nice depth. I could get used to this "Big Club" thing.

I'm pretty happy with the window we've had to be honest. Got three of poch's top targets in N'Dombele, Lo Celso, and Sessegnon, and got a player for the future in Clarke. If we keep Toby and Eriksen we've a strong squad. Not getting a right back might be an issue but we'll see how KWP works out. The Dybala deal got me excited but was always a bonus deal rather than one of poch's original targets. The positive I take from the Dybala facade tough is that we really tried for a top player at his peak and showed willing to pay out 60-70 mil after two transfers not far off that price already on the cards, with high wages to be paid out too. It didn't happen for whatever reason but the fact we are willing to try for this quality of player and had him wanting to come shows how far we have come, teo years ago we would have no chance of a deal like that. We should also have a nice kitty for next summer if that money was available now. Last year we signed nobody and everyone was rightly fucked off, this year we've signed two internationals and our two most expensive signings ever and two great young English talents and some still aren't happy. That's how far we have come, whilst there's a few disappointments in the window there's definitely more positives.

Anyone remember Eric Dier?? I like Eric Dier and he can play right back, because he was playing right back in his very first game when he scored and won the game against the pikey’s. Hope he gets his form back after a dreadful 12 months with injuries and ailments.

Oh he’s got some steel in midfield about him as well eh? Eh Chavs?

I guess I still consider Dier a defender, especially if Foyth is now a permanent RB. I think Dier would have a very hard time cracking the midfield group. But definitely a guy I want on my team when things get chippy,

I agree we have a lot of midfielders but only Sissoko and Wanyama (when he's fit) are beasts, Sometimes you need beasts.

Anybody know if we could still re-sign Llorente after the window, since he's a free agent?

N'Dombele is a beat and better player than both. Watched him play against City at the Etihad last season and City couldn't lay a finger on the lad. He'll be better than Mousa Dembele once settled in.
Errrrrm, what.....?

He looks the goods but Dembele is simply one of the finest midfielders to have pulled on a boot over the past 20 years and the best ball carrier I have ever seen.

If Tanguy becomes half the player then we can consider it money well spent.

That’s a mighty call mate but he definitely has the potential. I was amazed today when listening to these so called experts that were talking about our business over the window and the amount of them that had forgotten we’ve signed Ndombele, was ridiculous!

For me he’s our most promising signing off the window. Top assists and tackles in the French league (I know it’s only the French league but still very impressive),last season says it all. A proper box to box midfielder. A decent window but not replacing Tripps the only real downside.
