Ok skip forward a few years,we blew out Stratford thank god, planning approved and construction underway, here is what is going on from now on in.

Today the club announced that away teams ticket allocations have been cut.
http://www.tottenhamhotspur.com/news/club/announcement/visiting-club-ticket-allocation-280616/
The Club can confirm that the Premier League has approved measures to distribute the loss of seats being incurred due to the ongoing redevelopment of White Hart Lane between Home and Away supporters during season 2016-17.

As announced last month, the impact of stadium construction works in the North East corner will reduce the overall capacity of the Lane by approximately 4,000.

The maximum away ticket allocation will, therefore, be reduced to between 2,336 and 2,467 dependent on the category of the match and the consequent segregation requirements.
We hope that visiting fans understand the decision and thank them for their co-operation.

Sorry about the mess we`ve got the builders in.....

That is great news, and an extra circa 700 tickets per match for yids to get to the old girl before she is gone, common sense from the PL and other clubs to allow this.ICYMI it will not effect our away ticket allocations, and cup allocations are of a higher percentage for away support.

I ll be honest most informed info on the stadium build is on a building forum skyscrapercity, some hugely knowledgeable yids driving a massive 900 page long thread ,some even go up in airplanes to take aerial photos,so unless i credit it to a twitter user or an article or the club itself, most of my stuff is from that site. There is even a dedicated thread for the anfield development if you want to laugh at some deluded twunts who think building with meccano is the best thing since kenny dogleash.

Anyway apparently once the concrete for the 1st floor is finished the upper levels are steel and predictions are there will be dramatic upsurges in what visibly looks a new stadium, the slow part of the concrete foundations/slab/cores may look unexciting and slow going, but soon expect it to be rapido.

Going to miss the lane :(
It's going to be emotional! My first visit was in 1964 and I was hooked, more addictive that heroin watching Jimmy Greaves and Dave Mackay score in that wonderful stadium.

I'll be going to the last home game, ticket or not, I reckon the atmosphere will be amazing, so even ticketless and watching in a local boozer it will be like a pilgrimage. Maybe we could organise a Lane Pride march down the High Road for after the match?

Yeah, I reckon but there's probbly a massive chance it will be a Sky game on a Sunday and so it will be well worth a trip up to N17 just to soak in the atmosphere and watch the game in a boozer in the warm bosom of fellow yids, OK, maybe not the bosom bit - who wants to be suffocated by moobs? I don't think it's going to be a 3.00 Saturday game, I will bet a whole english pound on that (13 cents in Euro money).

Bleergh, awful noisy place - and with the Levy levy it would be 20 quid a pint, mind you when the new stadium opens that will probably be considered cheap - unless you are a foreigner with proper money as a pound will be worth fuck all in the bright shiny future we are all about to suffer, me not so long as most of you so I can have a good old chuckle about that! Ha ha suckers you are fucked!

An interesting thing has arisen from that total old 'nads above - I had never noticed how appropriate Levy's name was. Levy levys us with his levy on shirts, Stubhub, tickets fucking pies - I was pissed the season before last and I actually paid for one of his pies, when I sobered up and realized what I had done I was traumatized, the gaping hole in my wallet where 'the precious' used to live stared at me in an empty tone of voice and said "you've been levied mate".

You know when people change their names by deed poll? Maybe we should carry on with this newfound, misguided, democracy bollox and allow 'the people' to change other people's names?

I'm gambling on Stubhub as a last resort, think there is a £150.00 cap? Otherwise I'm in....

Has a nice ring to it! I remember back in the 70s, I don't actually, but if I could I would possibly remember living in a psychedelic surreal world where something like actually wanting Teresa fucking May to be the next Prime Minister would have seemed reasonable. Can you imagine that cunt WeasellywankerishcuntyMcFaceCuntGove as leader of the country? Back in the Harrygate days some Numpty McNumptyfaces were saying 'anybody would be better I thought that was a stupid point of view, now I am beginning to understand that in certain circumstances that this anybody bloke would be better, nobody would be better, a plank of wood would be better. Not fucking WeasellywankerishcuntyMcFaceCuntGove, never. never, never.

I am starting a new system of tax return fillinginism (i'm sure there is a word for filling in official documents but I can't think of it) - as the leaders of our country have lied their bollocks off to us I will lie my bollocks off whenever I am asked for information from the feds. Census forms will now record me as an ethnic Martian with 5000 dependents and worshipping a toaster, Toasterism will become a new religion, fall to your knees and worship the Holy Toaster! On mty tax return I will of course have donated £350m a week to charity and will demand a refund. My nett income will be fuck all (that will probably actually be true so I'll have to think about that, my address will be HousyMcHouseface, The Street, Scotland, my new date of birth will be 1st January 6000 BC and I want to be title to be "His Imperial majesty King of all the Dorsetarians, Prince of the Holy Church of God The Toaster, Dorset the Merciless, Destroyer of Worlds, Bringer of the Darkness that shall engulf the Universe" not the usual Mr. title. My gender will be 'all of the above' and I will fill the forms in using a pencil - even the online ones.

It's going to feel really weird next season......the bloke I sometimes go with has a season ticket in the upper block behind the goal in the Paxton, this demolition is about 2 blocks away....even less atmosphere if that's possible.

Also if you imagine that this huge single tier stand in Marseille will have 3,000 less seats than our south stand.I also believe that ours will be beginning closer to the pitch and is wrapped around more on the sides.I really cant wait to see us from the new south stand...

I also think that the raking (gradient) on our South Stand maybe steeper than this, making it more of a 'wall'......I wont be sitting at the back of the top tier.

You are correct about the raking, but wrong about the top tier because it is a single tier stand :D

Can't remember the final design and too lazy to look right now, but are we having those circular spiral walkways inside, like the San Siro have on the outside, to get up to the top, otherwise it's a lot of stairs for us oldies....
san-siro_0.jpg

I think not.....

Forget all that bollocks I think it's escalators maybe.....
