Kulusevski’s footwork is very impressive, wasn’t sure about him at all when we signed him but he looks a really good addition.

While this is great...like the Leeds result. Both of them are so wide open and poor, it suits us. But, Burnley didn't give us room and fought hard...we couldn't break them down. Middlesbrough didn't give us room and fought hard..we couldn't break them down. I'd fancy us against Utd next weekend though. I'm not being Buzz Killington here, but just saying...

Some really good performances tonight,
Doherty again played really well and if he keeps up these good performances he definitely stays next season, on another level to Royal
Agree with what is being said about PEH also, If we manage him correctly and use him wisely he could be an important squad player for us too.
Don’t know why Reggy has been on the bench recently but he should be starting over Sess or given the chance.
Kane is incredible, people saying he is finished with his injury yet he is scoring, creating goals and chasing back making important tackles.

Has to be said Everton were garbage and they could easily go down but I still think it will be Watford, Norwich and and Brentford.

You're probably right (though I think Brentford will just barely stay up) but Everton have a very difficult run in. Almost nothing but top ten teams. It would be bizarre if they went down though--even more so than Villa.

What a difference a day makes. Last night it was pissing down, freezing cold and I was too tired to stay up and watch the game. Luckily DAZN shows the whole match in replay so I got up early this morning, and watched the game - and the sun return to Espagna. Fucking luvverly! To win 5-0 with Son nowhere near his best, Hojberg still struggling, Sessegnon out of his depth and bringing on Sanchez - Tony could even had brought Emerson on and we might have kept a clean sheet.
More of his please. I reckon we need to finish the season like this, grab 4th and Levy to open his wallet for any chance of keeping one of the best managers in the world. If the Don buggers off then off we go again, settling for the 6th best choice manager, no chance of keeping Kane and ....... Nah, I don't want to think of that, we'll restart our season now and everything will be tickety-boo. COYS (gone back to upper case).

We've been here loads of times. We've battered a poor team, and dear god Everton were poor, and then been shown up the following game by a team capable of actually giving us a game.
Doherty was a revelation and a prime example of giving a player a run in the side to regain form and confidence. Personally, I think the same will eventually apply with Sessegnon. He's still only a kid but if Conte is coaching him, I do think he'll get there.
And Kulusevski is still only 21 as well !. 6 games with 2 goals and 3 assists already.

If they go down then it means that since the formation of the premier league it will just be us, Man United, Liverpool, Chelsea, Arsenal to never have been relegated I believe.

Correct. They just have the look of relegation about them I think. Of course, there are always 2-3 teams who are absolute dross but still survive because three others are worse. So who knows.

Our bipolar football team continue to delight and frustrate in equal measure. This was a lovely easy game to watch against very poor opposition and a lovely reception for Dele.
