Re watching walking dead, so see the series I didn't bother going back to make sense... might look at the fear of the walking dead series after that just to piss the wife off as she hates zombies while she is sleeping...

So I have caught up to where I left off before and just seen 2 main characters get their heads stoved into a pulp and now there is a Rasta with a fucking tiger...
What the actual fuck...
Were the writers taking the piss at this point...? At season 7 they'd had a huge screw out of novel ways to kill zombies and yeah I don't know how they could wind this up without either killing everyone off or by finding a cure.... but there are at least 3 more series and multiple spin offs.....

I gave Industry a go last night.
Too many actual dicks swinging around for my personal taste so far.
Plus it seems like none of the characters have any redeeming qualities whatsoever. It feels like a poor man's Billions.
Anybody got past episode 2 who can tell me whether or not to persevere?

Anyway I watched through to season 10 but then Amazon wanted £30 to watch, FUCK OFF! So that's that.
Got so desperate We've been watching friends on Netflix but even that is near the end, the barrell has been scraped, at this rate I'm going to have to finish the tiling in the bathroom!

Ermmmmm, weird sub plot central...! Writing odd half ending but not finalised story lines so there is room to bring characters back in if their solo projects fail type of shit...
I will watch if there is another series but I'd 100% understand if there was no appetite for it and they canned it.

Dunno what's available on which platform over yonder, but do check out Archer if you can (or haven't).
It's an animated series stretched over eight or nine seasons of short, filthy, smart, and very funny episodes. Terrific in any condition, but I've started to be wary of watching it whilst drinking, not because it tempts me to drink more (it does),but because the involuntary guffaws have left many an alcoholic, mucus-infused mist all over my furniture.
Highly recommended.

I'm years behind as ever, but thought 'LaCasadePapel' or Money Heist was one of the best things I'd ever seen. Watched in Spanish with sub-titles.

Just started watching Ted Lasso. It is surprisingly good. Not so much a football show but more about the power of positive thinking. Not fall-down funny but enjoyable. Definitely worth a watch if you happen to have an apple TV account.

I am currently binge-watching Gardeners' World with the wife. Four full seasons available on BritBox through Prime! Just like watching Spurs, every season brings a new spring, giving me a wonderful optimism that is inevitably and inexorably destroyed by slugs, snails and blight (Levy, Hitchen and Mourinho).

We are watching 'Anne with an E' and 'Hard Quiz' - a wickedly funny quiz show from Australia. I am re-watching Game of Thrones but my brain is getting middled to fuck because I am also re-reading the Robert Jordan 'Wheel of Time' books and I keep forgetting who is dead, it is easier with GOT because I've just watched the Red Wedding episode and quite a lot of folks are dead. There is a tip for GOT viewers, if you like a character they will probably be dead soon.

I am envious. I would think of some really witty reply to sling at Tom Gleeson and .... he would rip me to bits. Some good Ozzie telly at the moment, the current Amazing race is brilliant, much better than the tripe from the US of A, I like the Amazing Race, but the recent Septic versions seem to be just about who can call a taxi first. Holey Moly AU is funny as well, probably better than the US version but I haven't seen that. We like a bit of telly where you don't have to think too hard now and then and people get humiliated, what's not to like?
Hard Quiz of course is the very bollocks of the dog, and I want one of those mugs!

I don’t know if you have Netflix mate but if you do, give Rake a go. It’s about a shonky lawyer...very funny stuff, especially the first 2 seasons.
The lead actor, Richard Roxburgh is the most famous person to ever graduate my secondary school too. He plays Bob Hawke in the Crown.
