Harry gave us his best. Did everything he could, and it wasn't enough. Got dicked over by Levy and his "gentleman's agreement". Didn't make a fuss, but said to himself "That's that then" and quietly moved on from the betrayal in a way that didn't require harsh words in public, didn't damage the club, and even gave us the means to move on.
Not gonna start watching Bundesliga matches, but wish him the best. Will cheer for Bayern in the CL. But for one year only.

I wouldn't know what the % would be but I agree that there'll be one.
If memory serves, I think Bale's buy back clause when he went to Madrid back in the day was that we had a certain period of time to match whatever transfer fee they wanted for him and if we did, we'd then get automatic permission to talk to him to discuss personal terms before he would have been allowed to talk to anyone else.
I have a feeling that any such clause for Kane will be even tighter than that.

No guarantees either way, but I really can't see why he wouldn't want to cone back to us.
The only other English option is Liverpool imo.

Can't see him going to any other English club. If he comes back (which he definitely will) he'll find a different club, a different mindset, a different philosophy...and all because of a manager who's gameplan would be taylor made for him to get the goals he needs to break the all time PL record, which he is only 48 goals from beating. (Or 1.5 seasons for Harry).
