Easy stuff for us with Kane going off the only concern. Hat trick for Son, and great to see Jansen score from open play. Hopefully Harry just needs a few days rest!

Pochettino on Kane: "He twisted his ankle, the same ankle as vs Sunderland. We assess tomorrow to see what happened. Similar to Sunderland"
"We hope it's not a big issue but it looks similar [to earlier this year]. It will be difficult for him to play vs Southampton"

Harry Kane exits WHL on crutches & wearing a protective boot on right leg, he is expected to have a scan tomorrow. [@tomallnuttPA] #THFC

Brilliant from the lads today! The media beforehand kept saying how Millwall might be League 1 but they've not lost this year and haven't even conceded in ages, and beaten 3 Premier League teams already to get to this stage. At 5 nil down the commentators start saying how Spurs have had an easy route to the semi-finals without drawing another Prem team!! Well? Which is it? It's either a tough draw or it isn't and, despite the score line and the ease with which we beat them, I'd say it was still pretty tough, although it was more down to their fans and the intense atmosphere than the players on the pitch.

We all knew they would be, but those Millwall fans are a nasty bunch full of bile and vitriol, spitting racist abuse throughout the game. Even though we were the home team and there was less than 4000 Lions fans there, they made it pretty horrible and intimidating. The players, and us Spurs fans, all rose to the challenge admirably and Sonny, who was the focus of much of their abuse, did his best Harry Kane impression (who we are so clearly reliant on) and smashed in a hat-trick!! That's how you respond!

Their players couldn't live with us and we made it look easy. MOTD afterward portrayed the clear gap in class between a Premier League team and a League 1 side but, let's get this clear, Millwall are no set of non-League part-timers who've had a bit of luck to reach the Quarter-Finals & who an average Premier League team playing at home can score just 5 goals against without reply, they're full-time, experienced pros who've not lost a game this year and not conceded a goal in something like 18hrs of football! That includes against Premier League teams and even last year's Champions!

And we destroyed them 6 nil, without our "only" goal scorer!

Bringing runs to an end is becoming such a habit for this Spurs team we're becoming football's Imodium!

Just back from the Lane....talking of bringing runs to an end Chelsea, Everton now Millwall, I'd quite like us to end our own run of losing FA Cup semi finals....

Also what was the abuse dished out to Son? Couldn't hear what they were singing. Our support was immense throughout this afternoon, absolutely brilliant. Still buzzing...

Who is coming to Wembley on 22/23rd April??

Get a ticket.

Typical Asian/Korean stuff. Apparently our players were complaining about it (although not Sonny himself, which either says a lot about his character or, perhaps, his comprehension of British racial stereotyping).

As for Wembley, we could have a North London Derby and a Manchester Derby on our hands as the 2 semis!!

It has taken seven months of the season for Vincent Janssen to net his first goal from open play for Tottenham Hotspur and the relief was clear all around White Hart Lane.

His manager Mauricio Pochettino hopes that the Dutchman's goal in Spurs' 6-0 FA Cup quarter-final victory against Millwall could be the one that gets his season up and running.
It might have also come at the perfect time with Harry Kane leaving the encounter after just five minutes with an ankle injury.
When asked if he was relieved for Janssen, he said: "Yes, of course. A player who doesn't play too much and has the possibility to play, and score. For all the squad and team-mates, they're really happy. A normal emotion."
On whether he thinks it might spark the striker on to better things he added: "Yes, of course. I told you that in the last few months he has stepped up and started to work better, and I was happy in the way he was performing in training.

"In football you need to be ready. If you are ready and show your quality, sometimes players aren't ready because they're not fit, but with Vincent it was different. He had an opportunity today and scored."
Heung-Min Son also shone in the forward role, bagging himself a hat-trick and he will be the leading contender to replace Kane if the Premier League's top scorer misses games with his ankle injury.

"It's about the team. It's about the team performance. With different names and different players," said Pochettino. "We need to try and win different games and score goals. My job is to select only 11 players in every game, but I was always happy with Sonny. "He can play like a striker. One of our best performances was against Manchester City here, and he was the striker when Harry was injured. We have different opportunities to play, use different formations."I'm sad about the Harry injury, but now it's about trying to find a solution and seeing who is the best player to replace him."He added: "When you lose a player like Harry Kane, you know you'll miss him. But it's important for the players who play in his position, Son or Vincent today, find the net and score goals. When we talk in the past about the squad, look now: now we need to see how they are important. All the players.
"People criticise the manager when we rotate the team, but look at us now. In the key period for any team, we may miss our main striker. Players like Vincent and Son, who haven't played in the last few weeks in the starting XI, may now be important for us.

"But let's be positive and try and help him. Let's try and assess and see what happens in the next few days."

Last seen by me in the Brown Eagle around 1pm, seemed on good form, anyway lovely to meet Birdonball, though getting thru the chaos by the ticket office was frightening at best for her.

6-0 against a team that hadn't been beaten , do that's City, chelscum, Everton and not Millwall all came to a WHL with an unbeaten run, only to get beaten.

" How shit must you be, even Vincent Jansens just scored "......got a rousing name chant when he scored......
Whilst we were singing, " we're going to Wembley
The Wall were singing , " were going to Shrew.....bury., que see rah se rah

Hope we get Man U in the semis and Goons in the final....COYS

I haven't enjoyed watching a bloke score a goal as much for ages as when 'he scores when he wants' Janssen got his goal. Brilliant game. The only thing that spoiled my televisual enjoyment was the commentary of that miserable fucker Danny Murphy. 6-0 AND the ref missed two penalties!

Son got MOTM, OK, of course, but I would have shared it between him and Trippier, he was the very bollocks of the dog. I would have shared it 3 ways and given Vincent a slice of the tasty MOTM pie as well! It was great seeing the reaction of all the other players and hearing the crowd when he scored, I expect you could hear me cheering all the way up in those horrible town places you lot live in. It's nice having a stress free watch of a game. I expect the FA will hold an enquiry into Son and Trippier - they must have been cheating and using supernatural mind linking powers.

There will some grumpy bunnies over in the other place because we are NOT fucked without Kane and they won't be able to whinge about Berahino, Austin and all the other fuckers we should of bought, Please note, I said 'should of' there for dramatic effect, I would never say 'should of' because I can talk proper innit? They will also not be able to entertain us with three snide Soldado II quips, they are so witty and I will miss them.. Playing like that we can beat anyone, anytime, anywhere - even Wembley. Who cares who we get in the draw? I'd like an NLD final myself, the final nail in the coffin of Arsey Wegner.

I've just been reading the reports of the 'Horrific scenes' before the match. It looked like handbags to me, nothing really 'horrific'. Of course there was going to be some 'banter 'between the fans, and a few punch-ups - it was fucking Millwall. I don't think the 'shocking racist chants' about selling DVDs were that shocking either. Fucking hell, everyone is getting truly thin skinned these days, I remember when there used to be proper racism and right nasty stuff going on at every match. Of course I was never involved, just an innocent bystander.

The media really wanted it to all kick off today, so they made the most of what happened, not much really.

Lovely day out, probably my last visit to the Lane and it being a FA cup game and a proper London derby made it very special.

The journey up the tube was oddly quiet but the bricklayers was rammed and loud where they kindly paid tribute to Arson Wanker's family members with fine song.

For the first time ever, I wasn't seated (or standing) in either the shelf or park lane and had to make do with the upper tier section of the Paxton, but give them credit, they were in good voice.

I know it was a good day as I was so pissed I lost count on how much we won by and thought it was 5. I also made it home somehow. Happy days.

Well some people were using bad language and the shouting was really quite loud....there were also reports of a broken window and some people said Millwall were so bad they let in 6 goals.....that last bit is pretty horrific if you ask me?

They were on our train early on and we couldn't figure out why they got off at the stop but when we pulled off one of the lads said the fucking elbow room,I don't know how they did because the whole area was on shut down with coppers everywhere, tbh I don't count that as doing a boozer it's fucking miles away

It's pretty amazing to watch how this team just puts teams like that to the sword. We have well and truly fucked some teams up this season. I agreed with those who thought this one would be tough, as Millwall are (were) in good form and would give us problems with their physical play. Nope.

Also very happy to see Janssen score, but more because of the reaction to it than anything else. Everyone was genuinely thrilled for the boy, just further example of the team spirit of this group of players. I don't know if we'll win anything this season, but what a team this is. I've said it before, but as someone who's raising a couple of young players right now, it's so nice to support a team that they can look to as role models on the pitch.

We left the Gilpin about 1.10 as Duncan from up Norf wanted to get his granddaughter a Spurs kit. I did say that the shop would more than likely be closed. We got caught up with the Millwall fans being escorted by the police horses etc. What twats some of those fans were. One old geezer about 4'11' and wearing a cloth cap who must have thought he was back in the 80s, was shouting abuse and gesticulating he wanted a fight. You can imagine the piss take from the Yids and he stepped out of the ranks of Millwall supporters flexing his bat wings. Well a couple of our guys, laughing, went towards him and he disappeared like a Gooner at 10 to 2. We avoided our normal route into the Park Lane and experienced no probs and likewise on the way out. But some guys around us arrived a little late and said that fans were clashing outside.
