So the Poch rumours started yesterday and now Ballague has come out and rubbished the links, he knows the square root of F All so I'm not taking his words to heart after he said Poch was never getting sacked first time round!

I do however have this voice inside my head saying Levy is playing us all again, how many times have we been linked with some superstar player on the last day of the transfer window only for it not to happen and Levy to come out with the 'well I tried really, really hard' line to appease everyone. If this isn't done and dusted by monday morning then I will know, then it's just a matter of waiting for Scott Parker... sigh.

There are some reports coming out of France saying PSG aren’t worried and that Poch is apparently already beginning pre-season work with his staff so you just know we’re going to get the shaft. Again.

According to reports....... yeah right. ATR is like ITK, bollocks, but, ATR the Poch has issued two demands to Levy, a long term 4 year contract and more control over transfers. Of course the bollock naked bike rack demand goes without saying.

Wouldn't it be great (not for us) if the Poch really was negotiating with Levy who would have to give in to all his demands then at the signing he turns round and tells Levy to go fuck himself and toddles off to Real Madrid? One of the other “demands” apparently is that he wants a clause that says he can’t be sacked mid-season.

Nobody outside of Poch and Levy would have any idea about what’s going on so I think whoever started the “ITK” about Poch’s demands is just putting two and two together and coming up with six.

Either way, I think there’s going to be one hell of a managerial merry-go-round sooner or later.

Thing is, Madrid are virtually bankrupt and are facing at least a two year ban from the Champions League.

They also have a very old squad so any manager, not just Poch, would likely be expected to completely overhaul that while still challenging for La Liga at the same time.

But they're "Real Madrid" though so I imagine few managers would actually turn them down if they had the opportunity.

Leonardo confirmed this on a radio show earlier apparently by saying he was contracted “until 2022”.

So it’s either a tactic to ensure a bigger compensation payout or they genuinely want to keep him.
