New Spurs stadium

I was gonna comment on the lack of a reasonable target area. These put a lot of faith in a fella's aim. Shoulda just built a wall-to-wall trough that goes to the floor just to be safe.

Just put pictures of various Chelsea and Arsenal players in the right spot?

I think the Blue circlish....looks like the the last of the concrete sections to be fitted for N,E,W Stand elements

Brown and Green X's are branches of the trees

No worries.
Part of the reason the cost of the stadium escalated is that Levy partnered with "Dong Holders".
This reputable firm provides assistance at the urinals.
At the door, you will receive a menu of women (or men depending on your persuasion) of your choice that will tenderly unzip your trousers, & in a gentle & serene fashion, aim your pecker in the right direction.

To avoid any drips, they will then bang your gong against the side of the urinal.

It's all hands free for you so you can eat & drink at the same time.

In the premium seats they have heated hands and 5ply goosedown tissue to wipe seepage, the tunnel club well as the name suggests you get a complimentary plug

..and in the really expensive seats, you get to piss against a glass wall whilst Arsenal wait in the tunnel the other side.

I may have a reason as to why. Picked up the guy tonight who works for Mace who I've spoken to previously. Currently it's 4 months behind schedule and it's all hands to the pump but not looking good at the moment. He reckons barring a miracle Jan/Feb 2019 best guess.

Hope to god he is wrong, the thought of an extra year away....dont even want to contemplate this!Do you know what trade he is or if he is a bod, foreman or manager?I would think there would be a landslide of comments that its behind coming out if it really is,so far it seems speculation rather than a reasoned "well the roof is late" or the retractable pitch or whatever is dragging it behind..

Yeah, starting to see fixtures now that the finished parts are what us fans will be using.

Why do we need handrails ? Looks very odd and not much space to get out !!

Not disputing @Flump and his info but I am not sure I am convinced. 4 months would have massive implications for Mace without a well reasoned reason ! The media would be all over it

I agree it seems ridiculous. Both times I've spoke to this fella he's been scathing of Levy and his impossible demands and constant design changes. He said to me yesterday you wouldn't believe some of the things Levy asked for in the designs. I'm sorry I can't be more specific, something about glass and metal. On the surface it all looks like it's going well but I've heard there are whispers in the media about a second season at wembley. Don't forget, the stadium has got to be ready really by July so it can be safety tested and all that bollocks, plus the surrounding areas also have to be ship shape. That's only 8 months away. I'm not trying to be a downer, just passing on info I'm sure we'd all rather have than not have. If it's wrong I'll be as happy as you buddy :)

It's going to tun into one of those last minute Olympic stadium builds isn't it - paint still wet and all that shenanighans. My main hope is that if it is delayed it's for a solid reason and not a huge embarrassment to the club. Ultimately it needs to be the dogs, not go off half cocked.

In theory we could do what west ham and liverpool did and ask to have all away games that would give us til sept to start there?I think we ll know if the roof isnt on feb like Levy said that its in trouble timewise..

Anyone know how long it's taking to build similar sized stadiums in Russia for the World Cup?

Some interesting stuff on here today.... with regard to schedules - from the stadium watchers who possibly know a bit more than us. They seem to reckon it's going up at a hell of a pace.

That's an interesting site. I only read that last page but they do seem to be discussing time frames. Like you said in another post, it can't be like the Greek Olympics, with the ground staff painting the centre circle on as the players walk out for the opening match. Fingers crossed.

Nobody can be as lax or late as the Greek, except maybe Spurs....
