Mikey Moore had another good half by all accounts and got the assist for the second goal. It's interesting in a way that Lucas Bergvall is expected to play a big part in the first team next season and yet he's only two years older than Mikey.

I was reading that the people behind the scouting for Football Manager rate Mikey as the 4th best 'hot prospect' (or whatever the call it) in the entire game - that's over 300,000 players. He's only behind the likes of Mbappe, Haaland and someone else apparently.

In addition to Bergvall and Gray, Moore definitely looks the part. Hard to tell from just the highlights, but Lankshear looks good too. I just hope whatever decision is made about them, that they can kick on, we've had too many good young players stagnate in the last five years or so.

Mikey Moore in the goals again.

The kid is having an outstanding pre-season so you have to wonder where it’s going to go ?. Is Ange going to throw him in to the first team or will they try and get him a high profile loan ?

Mikey very promising, seems to have it all. I liked the way he timed his run for his goal then paused and waited, good awareness and switched on, still 16 !!
Kulu is being used differently and providing a different option centrally. Johnson with those wide runs and probing balls into the box was evident last season and it's continued.
Maddison with some nice passing, interesting use of Donely at LB.
Scarlett seems to be periphery, not getting much time.

I’d prefer him to stay at ours rotate him accordingly especially in Europe

Agreed. Can't throw him in the deep end completely, but he needs first team action. If we do loan him, we need to be very careful about the club he goes to--style of play, manager, etc.

And wether he will get some decent game time etc

Ange could bring him along slowly over the season

How many kids have we actually brought through over the years... Winks... Kane... Skippy...

Slim pickings if you ask me which tempera my expectation somewhat.

Maybe try harder and develop from home more instead of sending out on loan

Doesn’t work for everyone of course

Well...anything deep-fried has to be pretty good.
I'd had a few pints of MAMOΣ... But you're spot on.

@Cryptkeeper you're a Greek Cyp ain't ya? You tried this Greek beer, it's an absolute corker on draught and from a bottle to be fair.

It's one of the first Greek beer that was ever produced. Back in the 19th century.
I'm not a beer drinker but it's a niche beer. The most popular being ALPHA & FIX.

Ange Postecoglou is likely to be without three players for Wednesday's pre-season friendly with Team K League.

Taking on the all-star team in the Korean capital of Seoul, Ange confirmed to us in his pre-match interview with SPURSPLAY that both Richarlison and Destiny Udogie remain unavailable for the clash as they continue their rehabilitations from long-term injuries.

Timo Werner is expected to return to the squad after he missed Saturday's 3-2 win over Vissel Kobe through illness while Ange later revealed in his press conference that Ashley Phillips is a doubt for the game at the Seoul World Cup Stadium after he pulled up in training on Monday.

Meanwhile, Radu Dragusin is expected to be in the squad for the game after he returned to training at the start of the week.

"Timo is available - he's trained the last couple of days," Ange said. "Richy and Destiny are still training (on their own rehabilitations programmes). Destiny will hopefully join in training with the team tonight (Tuesday 30 July). Richy is probably still a few days away.

"Ash Phillips pulled up a bit sore in training so I'm not sure about him for tomorrow.

"We got Radu back a bit earlier in the week so he's had a couple of sessions so the numbers are slowly getting back up.

A large crowd of fans at Seoul World Cup Stadium in western Seoul welcomed Tottenham Hotspur in sweltering heat during an open training session on Tuesday, a day before the Coupang Play Series match between Spurs and Team K League.

Spurs held a one-hour training session in front of the crowd, playing a short practice game.

Fans cheered when Tottenham captain Son Heung-min entered the pitch with other players. People peppered some of their loudest roars when either Son or Richarlison appeared on the big screen.

Richarlison occasionally waved to fans during the training, drawing an even bigger ovation.

The crowd also shouted Son's name throughout the training, with some fans wearing Tottenham jerseys to show their support for the London club.

Son did what he's best at during the practice game, breaking through defense from the edge to attempt shots. His teammates also boasted their forte, making quick movements to counter attack and clearing the ball like they would in a competitive match.

After the training, the entire squad waved to fans as they walked alongside the touchline.

The Coupang Play Series is a preseason exhibition series featuring European teams and Team K League — consisting of 22 players from the K League picked by K League fans and coaches for Wednesday’s match against Spurs.

This year marks Spurs' second appearance in the series after featuring in its inaugural year in 2022.

After Wednesday’s match against Team K League, Spurs will play Bayern Munich at the same venue on Saturday as part of the series.

Both fixtures, set to kick off at 8 p.m., are only available on streaming service Coupang Play in Korea.
