Scousers are so lucky. First the win the league because of the impact of Covid. Now they are going to win the league without any decent challengers.

It’s been a poor premier league IMO, no consistent quality except for Liverpool.

I agree that aren’t any outstanding challengers, and I’m always here for some Liverpool hate, but I think some of that is due to the fact that there are so many good sides that are sort of beating each other up. I’m not sure I remember a year where there were so many good mid-tableish teams.

Well, are they lucky or are they consistently quality? Not their fault there are no decent challengers. They play. They win. We play. We suck.

They were the only side that showed consistency from the start. Nobody else has come close. I think it's a case of alot of big clubs with crap squads who's players are either past it or not at the level their wages suggest.
As we speak, Liverpool have 2 outstanding players who hold everything together. Van Dyke and Salah. But even if they both stay let's see how they perform next season with their new contracts are signed sealed and delivered.
The quality needed to be at the top level is getting higher and there are very few that can actually reach it. Where are the quality Strikers ? Arsenal don't have any. Either do we. Liverpool can't get a CF who can score goals. There's a massive shortage. 2 stand out...Haaland and Isaak...the latter will be in serious demand this summer.

The one that we could realistically get is Delap....as long as Discount Dan pays a proper fee and pays the player a proper wage.
Liverpool deserve to win it this season...but I doubt they'll repeat it next year. I actually think next season will be the most open title race since the PL began.

Is it just me... Or does anyone else feel a bit silly when it comes to describing ourselves as European Champions...?

I mean... We've been the biggest fucking joke all season, sometimes also in the cup run... Like, some of the fucking worst football I've ever witnessed from a Spurs side...

I don't t know, maybe I'm suffering a bit of imposter syndrome as a European Champion...!!!

Nah, it’s fucking awesome.

We prioritised the Europa League and we fucking won it. We were never going to be relegated so who gives a fuck where we finished in the league?

If offered a trophy and Champions League qualification at the start of the season there is not one Spurs fan that wouldn’t have taken it and run off giggling like a schoolgirl to build a shrine to Angelos Postekos.

Well that’s what we got.

Also it's objectively very funny that we finished this of all seasons with a trophy, and Arsenal and Man City didn't.

Liverpool were the class of the Prem & clinched the League Title with games to spare yet they are already improving the side with class players like Wirtz & Frimprong. Their board / management team has the blueprint for success. It's not hard to design a path to success but it's the characters involved that create the obstacles. We are miles off of it as long as Levy has final say & holds the purse strings.

Why would Eze actually want to come here, Palace thrashed us, they're miles ahead of us...? That pisses me off...
