We might only get 3-4 of them back, but Poch will have a plan. We had a load of injuries last year when we played them and drew 1-1 with Wimmer's 'offside' goal, so not to worry, it's only Arsenal.

Poch has just said that Toby Alderweireld could be out until after Christmas with his hamstring injury. "He feels disappointed, a little bit sad. With this type of injury we must be cautious."

Poch said he will ask Erik Lamela tomorrow if he "has the full confidence to be involved again". Said he has asked him every day since his return to training.o_O

Tomorrow I need to speak again. Every day we are talking and saying ‘are you ready? Are you ready?’ We are waiting for him, that he feels full confidence to be involved again.”

Hmmmmmm.

Pretty crazy that at least 6 of those are first XI players! The squad's getting a real testing now haha.

That's a big blow. Hopefully we can use that time he spends in the stands to tie him down to a new and improved contract :D

Same last year and year before we had to do without toby or jan for spells. We have Dier and foyth has looked good so far.No matter how nice he was Wimmer just isnt quick enough over the ground and CCV needs to improve too much atm.Signing sanchez and foyth may have looked over the top giving us 5 CBs and Davies who has filled in before, but looks good this moment!Well players need rest,so some say, toby can have his now!!

When does Jan get his??? We'll be fine, with Dier preferred not sure about Foyth yet, a little bit rabbit in headlights against West Ham when they came at us in the EFL Cup. CCV will be getting better and better with game time at the top of the Championship, they love him up there and we can always revert to 4-2-3-1 or 4-4-2 or something :)

I think we'll be Ok without Toby, he'll be missed for sure but long gone are the days where we rely on one CB like the King or Judas Cuntbell. Jan stepped up and looked great without Toby last season and I we might get to see Dier in what Poch thinks is his best position, with Sanchez already impressing and Davies who can play in a back 3 I don't think it'll be too much of a struggle although obviously not ideal.

Erik Lamela is a myth. He does not really exist.

Just like Jesus.

it would be a miracle if he's back before Christmas.......:D
It'll be a miracle if he comes back at all. he'll need to hit the ground running as we've moved forward since he got injured and haven't got time to carry players for 2-3 months whilst they get back up to speed.

it'll be great to have Coco back. He has a mountain to climb though getting up to par with Eriksen, Alli and Son. Still though with all the injuries we've had of late it's good to see the lad smiling and back in with the lads training. Was never my favourite player in truth but the effort he put in to games before injury was second to none.

Will be great to have another fiery player back in the ranks!

When you think we've hardly missed him it's really gonna be a great addition to the squad having him back. Think it'll be a while before he's in the first 11 for big games but the Xmas run in is coming plus Apoel in the CL, then FA cup in the new year!

Wanyama back !!
KWP out for season  nearly

The difference in size is extraordinary! Talking of little right backs, Yedlin is now first choice at Newcastle and getting plenty of games. Probably at his right level, not sure it would have ever worked for him at Spurs.
