Timo Werner now has as many Premier League assists this season as Christian Eriksen, Kevin De Bruyne, Jack Grealish, Luis Díaz, Kai Havertz and Gabriel Jesus.

Timo’s getting closer, 30m wide and high for his first effort, next one is going in.

Johnson is so wasteful... He must have passed 5 to Onana from great wide positions.

Werner did ok. He’s apparently only played 15 minutes of football in over 2 months so he’s going to be rusty. He needs time to get acclimatised to the team and style of play.

Take a point with all the injuries and absentees. Cannot wait to see us full strength

Considering we had next to no creativity, I think we did ok. We rarely win at Old Trafford so a point is ok with me.

Obviously a draw isn’t the end of the world, but really should've been winning that one. We looked miles better than they did on their home patch, second half in particular

Thought we played some decent stuff, but we were always going to lack a bit in the final third without Son and Kulu.

Johnson though, fuck me he should have had a decent cross at some point just by accident. Must have had 10 goes and not got near anyone.

I thought Timo did pretty well those 2 ropey shots aside. First one was hilarious though. Proper trademark stuff!

Is Brennan Johnson actually Aaron Lennon in disguise?

Same Forrest fan who told me about the Spence/Warnock issue said to me that they mugged us with Johnson as he never had any real end product for them.

He hit a little purple patch and we jumped at him while they rubbed their hands together.

Solomon will take his place when he gets fit.

He ain't that good. He's starting to get on my thrupnies, Maybe he'll grow a pair, maybe his passing will get better, maybe his decision making will improve - i haven't seen any evidence of progress yet so he'd better get a move on.

You’re probably right. There’s no way Lennon lets Wan-Bissaka off after picking up an early yellow. Lennon would have been running at that muppet all day trying to force the second booking.

I’m not sure what Johnson was doing other than standing around scratching his arse.

Johnson is still only 22 and a lot of people said at the time he was nowhere near the finished article when we signed him. I can't imagine Ange was expecting to play him this much and would have most likely sent him out on loan somewhere to continue his development.

I suspect he'll be relegated back to the bench once we've got a full strength side back and maybe out on loan next season.

Fair comment, Bale was shite at first and he did all right. I don't think a loan would help, he'd probably do better under Posty, but who knows.
