OK, I needed a good laugh. Clearly whomever wrote that isn't a Spurs fan.

"She said the secret was to discuss sport in an inclusive way and to notice if people were blankly "staring into space" during the conversation." I think Ms Francke probably has a degree in Business Psychology - or as I like to call it Talking Bollocks. When I worked with other people I never gave a flying fuck about their topics of conversation and nobody was allowed to talk to me when I was coding, they would do it once then find out that it was a very bad idea. These very stupid people and their very stupid ideas actually harm the fight against gender inequality, neanderthals get all umpty when they think they are being barred from talking footy or spewing their bollocks about immigrants - if you don't like a conversation you can either do your fucking job that you are being paid to do or go and talk to someone else.

It upsets me greatly in the office when I'm excluded from conversations about fashion and Love island, I find myself staring blankly into space. Can Ms Francke help me? or should I adopt a common sense to life approach?

Typically Germany is easy, they don't even keep you in at the end, unlike Italy and Spain. I've asked 'our friends' in the 'Purple Parrot'.

B - Seaman was in goal and had only let in some sort of ridicously low number of goals, it was the first cup semi final at Wembley so meant a bit more, they had time to organise everything and the shot was well .....just unstoppable and I was there, amongst fucking Gooners, and went mental with 3 mates, and the wankers did nothing, start of the we beat 'the scum' (3-1) song. They tried it the following year when we lost 1-0, but didn't realise it didn't rhyme, buch of pricks ha ha.

Anyone else still not missing this???

I have to be honest, when I watched a few old vids of the good old days during our rise to......well to be honest, runners up and have a go heroes, I felt a pang of nostalgia for those times.....

I 100% dont miss the current dross and the less emails I get from the club the fucking better... I've finally managed to unsubscribe from all their shitty mailing lists so I wont be enticed to buy a genuine PVC bog brush in the shape of Danny Roses forearm....

I did hear a rumour about games behind closed doors... how can that be safe? How can the guarantee the safety of the players, kit men, drivers, camera crews, sound guys etc?

They cant be prioritising testing for football teams and their cronies above those of front line workers.... I'd imagine there would be a horde of pissed off front line workers if that scenario does occur....

Anyways, levy is still a greedy, tight fisted, money grabbing cunt.

Please Jeff just buy us, kick ENIC out, buy the best players and consequently the Premier League and then the Champions League, then we can all retire from supporting Spurs because they wouldn’t be who we all used to support any more, might as well be City or Chelsea, PSG or someone, but we could all walk round saying we saw Spurs win the league and Champions League in our lifetime.

then I’d be off to watch Wycombe Wanderers play for the first time in the Championship or Brentford in their new Stadium.

It's amazing to think that buying Tottenham would be pocket change for Jeff. Let that sink in! I can't even afford a packet of crisps at the end of a month fuck sake.

The Club is pleased to announce the appointment of Trevor Birch as Director of Football Operations. Trevor has extensive industry experience and has held several prominent roles within football, including having previously been Chairman of Swansea City FC and CEO of Chelsea, Sheffield United, Derby County, Everton and Leeds United. Trevor will focus on the development of the Club’s Football Operations.
As part of a wider external remit Rebecca Caplehorn will take on the role of Director of Football Administration and Governance. This newly created role will lead, drive and embed football governance processes, contractual matters and best practice across the Club. It will also allow time for Rebecca to extend her work with the European Club Association, the FA and various related footballing governing bodies and working groups where she represents the Club.
Steve Hitchen has been promoted to Technical Performance Director. This new role will focus on building capabilities to support a world class football infrastructure across senior and youth teams. As Technical Performance Director, Steve will have responsibility for scouting, performance and recruitment analysis and youth recruitment.
These management changes will lead to the creation of a Football Board consisting of Trevor Birch, Rebecca Caplehorn and Steve Hitchen, chaired by Daniel Levy.

From what I've read about Birch, he doesn't stick around very long.

So as a DoF, is he going to be in charge of transfers? Doesn't sound like it.

And thats the problem,we have someone who specialises in finance and property having the final say on transfers.Everyone thinks it`s easy to just think of a player and sign him, last 5 years we have signed some shockers,as a percentage, especially when we have gone to the continent (except Ajax) our success with players bought is poor, very poor.Perhaps going in with an age and resale agenda above ability here&now doesnt work on the pitch?

That's just it. We need someone like Campos & his team. Specialist in this field so we excel on the field.

Levy is an accountant & so is Birch. How telling is that. Seems that's where our priorities lie.

Its a mistake, even a short spell out of the top area of the league will be a disaster for the finances, for the team, fans and could put the club at real risk. The club is the team that is out there playing,no more no less, because without that THFC and whatever they trade as and the various sidelines would be nothing.
The accountants see projected figures, financial models, they fail to understand it is all reliant on the team,no team in europe,no brand growth,no uefa money, lower income and the more they turn to making the stadium the club, to host anything for a buck, the more they fail to understand why the stadium was built and how it was financed.

Its quite simple, jose may be the special one,but to get us into champions league with ndombele, gedson, sissoko he needs to be the messiah. In areas we simply arent good enough in the squad,,poch knew it,a lot of fans know it,many football people talk about it,but its been the way for 2 seasons now,no other striker,no cover at RB,creative midfileder and so on.Just as we fix one problem the accountants will probably sell aurier, now cant say I wouldnt be in favour of that, but only if we replace him with another RB to back Doherty up.Spent a billion on a stadium and penny pinch on the team used to fill it.

Problem is Levy has seen what Poch did with no money and has gambled almost everything on Mourinho doing the same. If the cunt had only backed Poch when he asked (and having delivered everything and more, financially that Levy asked of him) we would be fine. Now it's chicken and egg, and all other revenue streams have been turned off by Covid. I don't mind at all if ENIC sell to Bezos or similar, as long as we retain some sort of soul, not Levy and the priority is always the football team retaining the flair that we've forever been associated with. With the way the world is at the moment I haven't got a clue what's going to happen next any more........
