Pretty sure then he will also get dividends and other bits in other companies names,dont forget enic paid £22m to sugar in 2001,pretty sure they wont sell without a huge massive profit on that investment too,and already in 17 years he has earnt more in salary than that investment capital.
No suprise,Levy and Lewis are capital venture and property investment specialists,they do a great job with that,football matters I would say not so much,got lucky twice with Jol and Poch,the records of appointments and transfers isnt stella,carrick,berbatov,modric&Bale really paid for many more paulinio`s,soldado`s.
The strategy is really buy the "hardware",i.e properties,training ground,hotels,and now stadium which added huge value that is a permanent asset value,and not so much in terms of the core of the club which is the team.Any idea who or how we pay for 100s of millions of pounds unrelated to the team but spent by THFC ltd?Who pays for the nfl add ons to WHL,the hotels,housing the fans and football side do,who rakes the money in when they sell our history,the club,hotels,training centres,the lodge,percy house and so on???
I am not against them making tidy money,but this under investment in the team at this time is too big a gamble for me,they are losing the support,lose poch and will they get lucky again?history suggests no they wont.

Naming rights being held up probably means it's part of the deal. Sell to someone who can choose their own investor for naming rights.
I'd rather they get the fucker done and start investing some cash as expected in the honeymoon period...
Can't see it happening before this season so I guess we have to perform well enough to stay in the CL and well enough to keep pressure on the top 4.

Maybe why I’ve written so little recently. I’ve nothing much to say, if I’m honest. Spurs are there, and so are my mates in the stand, and watching Spurs is still the best thing in my life after family. And I go with my family, so that’s good. But it’s a long while since I enjoyed a match less than the Cardiff game. There’s always a day when summer fades and autumn begins, yet it caches us unawares each year. Overcast and wet, one less layer than needed. A roof, sitting well back, rain visibly slanting away from us, yet the seat’s soaked. My bones ache with the chill and the anxiety of a single goal lead, one goalmouth scramble away from dropping points against a poor team.
Waiting. Waiting for the ground. Waiting to sit in a seat I’ve paid a fortune for. Waiting for news from a club always reluctant to communicate unless it’s about something we can spend our money on, now more afraid than Theresa May to commit to anything. Waiting for trains that exist on a timetable but not apparently in reality. Waiting for a full team. Waiting for new players. Waiting for news about where we are going to play next. Waiting to go home. Home is a feeling and it feels like a long way away.
In the normal scheme of things, that is since Tottenham Hotspur existed, there’s another game soon enough. To come, four games in an absurd nine days. Two home league games between now and November 24th. The chat in the queue after Cardiff was along the lines of at least that’s over with. That’s not why I go to watch Spurs. This is not like me, but that’s how it is.
We’re two points off the top. In the grand scheme of things, the stadium delay is a tiny blip in our grand heritage. Soon come, and something to look forward to by the looks of it. I’ll cope with the delays but the uncertainty hampers Pochettino’s best efforts. My imagination or are his energy levels depleted too? He seems more tetchy in his press conferences, looks more anxious on the touchline. He said a while back that he had been assured we’d be in by Christmas. He can’t be happy at his chairman’s failure to deliver a new ground or new players for that matter. I hope Levy is properly looking after our biggest asset.

Kinda feel like all the supporters feel this way. Really believe they should have slow-played the stadium opening so the delays wouldn't be so disappointing. IT is a general feeling of meh about.

Tottenham have been warned by an advertising watchdog after a promotion which claimed their new stadium would be the "only place in London" to watch Champions League football this season.
The Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) has sent the club an advice notice and told them to avoid making claims they cannot fulfil.
Spurs have used Wembley as their home, with work on their stadium overrunning.
A fan of North London rivals Arsenal complained to the ASA.
The new stadium, on the site of their old White Hart Lane ground, is now not set to open until at least January 2019.
And Tottenham face a battle to qualify for the Champions League knockout stage, needing to win both their final group matches against Inter Milan and Barcelona.
Two complaints, including one from an Arsenal supporter, were made to the advertising regulator on 25 and 28 October.
An ASA spokesman said: "The complainants challenged whether the ad was misleading because the building work of the new stadium has not been completed, therefore it is unlikely customers will get a chance to watch Tottenham play in the Champions League at the new stadium.
"While we considered there were potential problems under our advertising rules we did not consider the issues raised were so significant as to warrant a full formal investigation. This case was assessed and dealt with via an advice notice.
"In this instance, we contacted Tottenham Hotspur and advised them to avoid making claims in future advertising that they cannot fulfil; to avoid disappointing customers. We also advised them that if the ad is still appearing to ensure it is removed. "
Spurs declined to comment, although it is understood the advert was only ever scheduled to run from May to June of this year.

Joe Lewis is obviously a bit short of cash, he was the previous owner of a famous David Hockney painting which was sold today at Christies in New York for $90m (£70m)
