It's done init... He knows, we know the players clearly fucking know and the dark lord is already putting his mucky little fingers into any pie that'll have the nasty little bastard...Also .. his "Conte Moment". But then like Conte's rant it's hard to argue against it.
The thing is, there's not enough turnaround time for a new manager bounce. Surely we'd just break the glass and bring out Mason again. It’s an interesting question because Ange has gone so far beyond the point where Levy would normally sack someone that it’s literally a dot on the horizon.
Statistically he’s our worst ever manager - even worse than Christian Gross. 16 defeats in a single season is unheard of as well and if you consider how toxic the atmosphere is with the fans on top of everything, I really can’t understand why Levy has stuck with him so long.
That said, if we do roll over on Sunday then maybe the notion of the stereotypical “New Manager Bounce” for such a pivotal game against Frankfurt might finally be the straw that breaks the back maybe.
Argh, I did mean Mason as far as the 'new' manager goes. My fault. The thing is, there's not enough turnaround time for a new manager bounce. Surely we'd just break the glass and bring out Mason again.
