I guess I meant that he'd have leverage. He wouldn't come unless he was given a lot of control over transfers, and he'd also get more patience from the fans because he's got so much credit in the bank.
Honestly sometimes I think we overrate the importance of a manager in situations like this. Give a manager good players that fit how he likes to play (I know it's kinda hard to tell what that is with TF) and pay them enough, and I think most of them will do well.
