Pretty much impossible to read anything into that game. Hard lesson for Lankshear, who despite the goal doesn’t look quite ready for that kind of game to me. I’d say the same for Bergvall. I wonder why Austin doesn’t get a look in at GK—Forster is a great pro and I’m sure valuable to have in the dressing room, but he’s not equipped for our style of football.

Galatasaray had come off a ten day break and were at home.
I’m not even the slightest bit bothered by that result. We competed well but looked disjointed and it got minutes into some kids.
