I have no issue with Kane playing out the last year of his contract here. ECL qualification is worth much more than any transfer fee.
Although the thought of him joining Munich and watching Spurs win a trophy while he wins fuck all is an exciting prospec.

I agree that a year of Kane is worth any transfer fee we're going to get. Then, he may stay or he may go. Either way, the new system of in-your-face pressing will surely be flexible enough to accommodate one of the best strikers in the world - or do without him.
Surely I'm naive - and dim - but Richie looked good in the highlights of the West Ham game. On the other hand, Kane's passing and finishing will also be lethal with wingers, fullbacks and two 8s.

If Kane leaves we need to find 25-30 goals. He scored 30 last season. The rest of our entire team scored 37..... Richarlisons best ever season he scored 13.
We get far to carried away with this future nonsense. Football lasts a season, that's it. You need to do the best you can in that 9 months or whatever it is. We might win something with Kane. We definitely won't without and then it's another rebuild. That'll turn into fuck all as usual.

It's almost identical to last year though, isn't it ?. He was constantly linked with City and the talk progressed to the point that it almost had him signed and sealed and all throughout he said nothing.
It was only when it became clear that Levy wasn't going to budge that he finally said he was going to stay.
