[Santi J Aouna] Reims midfielder Amir Richardson is being closely watched by Tottenham. Spurs have checked his name off the list of potential midfield recruits and his recent performances have been closely followed by the English club. Contract until 2027.

I think Richarlison is better thank Solanke. No idea what we're doing on this one. Hopefully it's bogus.

Seems like its for real. He did have 19 goals last season, more than Richy has ever scored in the PL. But it would be a risk at the price Bournemouth would demand. Slight Darren Bent vibes in this one.

I'm happy enough with this tbh...not ecstatic, but happy enough. When you consider he scored 19 PL goals at a club that finished 12th last season. Is £65M really that excessive ?
I'm glad we're very lightly to sign a player than can definitely score goals in this league.

He definitely looks the part. My only hangup with him is that he really only had the one season in the PL where he was even remotely productive. I honestly don't know enough about him to say if injuries were behind that or whatever.

It does feel like there are about 10 CFs around the world that we can really conceivably sign, and he's really the only one with PL goals in his CV. I wish it were otherwise, but here we are. I'd be more interested in Jonathan David if I was the one with the money--and he'd probably cost less--but I'm not.

He also meets the homegrown requirement that Spurs need. He will also have a better character than Toney, not sure Ange would trust someone who was banned for gambling.

The negotiations for Royal have been in the "final stages" for about a month now.

Dunno about Solanke. He can score goals but was the absolute focal point of Bournemouth. Can't pass for shit which is a worry I'd of thought with overlapping wingers.

Tottenham and Southampton are negotiating the loan of Alejo Véliz until the end of the season. Loan without option to buy. Alejo is considered a fundamental part of the Spurs project in the long term. The conversations are going well and there is already direct contact with the player.

Totally agree. Horrible passer and will do nothing if he's not finishing, which will likely be a lot of the time with Son, and Kulu and co. up front. This one is baffling.

Rich has said they can fuck off...!!!

Look, I'd drive the cunt there but I won't have to if he doesn't want to go...

Maybe £250k and no tax a week, might change his mind...?

Let's hope so because he has not worked for us.

If he wants to stay because he wants to play in a proper competition, keep him around (and get another striker to compete with him) or find a PL side that needs him. Like Brentford? Bournemouth? Maybe even Lille?

He should get respect for not wanting to tour with Van Halen (pardon the metaphor).

I still want a new striker, mind.
