Here we go for Min-hyuk Yang. Expected to stay with Gangwon FC and join us in January.

It's maybe a good signing... We've seen these types of signings fall to shit at Spurs lodge time and time again.

I'm more concerned with strengthening the first 11/squad. We don't seem to have gotten close to that yet.

You know what, I'm Canadian & follow the CanMNT, but if this is the best we can do when we lack a top level striker...

I'm not thrilled about it.
Just don't think David will be up for it at this level.

Obviously, hope to be proven wrong.

Maybe he'll just do, um, opposition research.

This window so far smacks of Levy bargain hunting....again. We were (well I was) thinking of Eze, Toney, maybe a top CM but no...We're getting Yang, David, and Archie Gray, who is talented but is still only a good Championship player.

As Jack Nicholson said "What if this is as good as it gets" ?

Don't mind me i'm having a whinge...

Apparently because nobody came in with an acceptable bid, we took up the one year extension option on his contract but inserted a £15m release clause.

Girona have now signed him on loan with first option to make that permanent next year.

Why not just say he’s available for £15m ? 🙄

We have reached agreement with Spanish Segunda Division side Elche for the permanent transfer of Yago Santiago.

Having joined us at the start of the 2019/20 season from hometown club Celta Vigo in Spain, Yago initially linked up with our Under-18s before progressing through the ranks to become a regular for our Under-21s.

Helping Wayne Burnett’s side to the Premier League 2 league and play-off double last season with 17 goal involvements, Yago featured amongst our substitutes in five competitive first team matches during his time in north London, firstly in our 4-1 win over Leeds United on the final day of the 2022/23 season before being named in our matchday squads for our Premier League visits to Manchester City, Brighton and Manchester United, plus our home FA Cup fourth round tie with City, last term.

We wish Yago all the best for the future.

Atletico Madrid
remain in talks with Chelsea over a potential deal for Conor Gallagher.

A sizeable gap in valuation still exists between the clubs, with Atletico hoping to negotiate down Chelsea's £40m demands.

Discussions continue between the two clubs but Tottenham are also expected to make an offer for Gallagher.

They have a long-term interest in the midfielder and tried to sign him last summer.

Gallagher is set to return from his post-Euros holiday soon.

Atletico had a £30m offer rejected earlier in the window and they remain keen to sign him.

Aston Villa have also had an interest in this window.

We're pretty stacked in midfield so I can certainly see why we might not go after Gallagher but then there's also the possibility that Chelsea may well not want to sell to us anyway. That said, £35m for someone who would probably fit in with Ange-Ball fairly easily and improve the side seems to be a no-brainer really.

The fact that he's better at CB than at fullback should be reason enough to move him. Love his effort, but just not a PL level fullback imo.

Milan is in close contact with Tottenham to finalize the Emerson Royal deal but a closing isn't expected on the day. The deal isn't imminent, although Milan's confident of unblocking it later this week. Parties are working to find the final balance between the fixed part and bonuses
