I think I’m the Only Brexiteer here so I’m going to ask those who feel it the wrong decision
1 did you think we were wrong in NOT joining the single currency, It’s been widely accepted if we had , we’d have been screwed years back and by joining it , it has prevented Greece Italy Portugal to set their own currencies etc , to and Not be a Germany’s lap dog .
2 how do you feel NOW about that Traitor Tony Blair’s signing of The Lisbon Treaty when IN JUST 2 years time 2020 , when we lose ALL POWERS , when the system changes to that,of the Majority and No abstententions or Vetos are allowed
3 ALL MEMBER states MUST ADOPT the Euro in 2020, No exceptions No vetos
4 The London stock exchange moves to Frankfurt 2020 , so not only do we lose jobs but also control of our stock markets , one of largest financial institutions creating wealth in this country
There are plenty of other points but let’s leave it there
Be interesting to know your views on these points and the Lisbon Treaty in general
You are not the only one here, I am a vehement brexiteer and cannot wait until we claw back our sovereinty once again. There is no argument that could possibly make me change my mind.

1. Dont know... neither does anyone else. My opinion is that we did what was best at the time as the pound was strong as fuck and at the time that was great for us. 0leas explain how the euro fucked Greece? Also please explain how we or anyone else is or would have become Germany's lapdog?
2. I dont understand this... how do we loose all our powers? My understanding is that countries such as the the UK France and Germany will have greater sway over the processes and that voting on all things raise swill have to be democratic between the EU 27. To me... that seems vastly similar to what we have now? Now I am not an expert like you clearly are, and I know there is an argument against in that some constitutional powers may be lost... but may e tou could enlightem is all
3. Enlighten me.... I dont think this is true.
4. They have already left... with us leaving eurozone they no longer have access to European markets so why would they stick about? So Brexit makes it happen sooner?

And nothing in response , so let’s see how you feel about the Schenegen Agreement
Shenghen.... freedom of movement for goods and people. International SIS.

As far as I am aware we dont have to join Shenghen and we currently operate and will continue to operate under the Treaty of Amsterdam..... maybe you could enlighten us on your take on that?

The UK curently and will continue under any agreement continue to control it's own boarders. As I believe it it's the governments own implementation of it's own laws that is the problem. We have everything we need in place to control immigration but fail to enforce it.

Vehement - yeah I agree you are very vehement. You are talking bollocks, total fucking bollocks like all the other twats who have no clue what they are talking about. You are the enemy of the people, you are the enemy of my grandchildren, you and your flag waving friends - I will never forget. Of course there is no argument that could change you poisonous mind, unless of course you read something on Facebook or Twitter. Why not try doing some research and get some facts or listen to some expert? Oh sorry you lot don't like experts do you?

Parliament voted 494 - 122 in favour of implementing the referendum result, also 70% of Tory constituencies and 60% of Labour constituencies voted to leave. It is an embarrassing and unedifying parliamentary sight to see and hear the same ridiculous comments, such as crashing out, falling off a cliff, and this constituency voted to stay etc., All of which are beneath contempt. Each time an MP says that we cannot leave without a deal they are telling the EU that we will have to accept any deal, regardless of how disadvantageous it is to us. When have we ever got a deal out of the EU? Never, that's when. It is not in the EU's best interest to give us a deal. We are an amazing country and fully capable of doing anything we set our minds to. I believe in us. We WILL be ok. I truly believe that.

To me, it looks like parliament is just running down the clock to March 29, when we will be out of the EU and revert to WTO rules for trade, just for clarification, all the other 27 EU countries are members of WTO, and the EU is also a member in its own right.

Yes, of economic and monetary union which have stayed.
So are you suggesting that we would have no sovereignty but be independant in terms of economic and monetary Union. That seems a little absurd. I must read this Treaty properly.

And that is the entire problem pal. All this shit we are reading is usually biased one way or another. Or even worse simply fucking lies. Reading up on the biggest decision any of us will ever make is abso-fucking-lutely the right thing to do. We have all been hijacked however by people with much more to gain at our expense. It's about balance, it's about debate and being open to challenge. It's about not having narrow views and being able to view this from a plethora of perspectives and then making a choice. Fuxk my life I wanted to believe Boris and his Bus... I lost both parents way too young because the brilliant NHS couldn't save them. I want a hospital ever 100 yard incase my kids ever get I'll.... but it was utter horse shit to simply serve himself and his very very rich pals.

We have all been lied to.

You can tell me to duck off, I dont care but I genuinely believe your and most other leave votes wernt necessarily about leaving Europe. Let's face it how much does Europe actually effect you on a daily basis. Honestly name me one European ruling that's affected your life negatively (without googling it).

They were about change. Change in our own country. Change of politics so that we are represented properly. Not by these Toffee nosed public school pricks who havent worked a days graft in their lives.

Thats what needs changing and leaving Europe wont change that. It'll make us intrinsic poorer. It'll widen the gap between the haves and have nots. The rich will clean up at the expense of us fuckers.

Soz mate but I see brexit as a protest vote and a fucking great one. But I'm not prepared to cut off my own bolocks to be proved right.

Unfortunately, there are very few well articulated and objective sources you can glean information from. It really is up to us to decide for ourselves. Sorting the brain-washed from the informed is not an easy research. The intention is to confuse, obfuscate and divide.

The government can't or won't sort out this fuckup. So a new referendum is the only option. The Brexit extremists say that a new referendum would be an insult to democracy. What the doodah? How can asking the people be anything but democratic? More democracy does not trample on democracy, even a Brexit fancier should be able to understand that.

There are 4 options, the government and the opposition are split and no amount of debate and clowning around in the House of Commons will unite them, so as we are their bosses, I suppose they will have to ask us, democratically, what we want:

1 Theresa May's deal - 5% hit to GDP
2 No Deal - a total disaster with a minimum 10% hit to GDP
3 Norway Style, drop the stupid Freedom of Movement red lines - 2% hit to GDP
4 Remain - Minimal hit to GDP, there will be some of course because of the exodus of companies / services.

None of the above will come without cost.
  • All the bollocks about marvellous new trade deals has been shown to be dumb as fuck why would any country give a better deal to a country with 65m people (soon to be 55m) over half a continent with 600m folks?
  • The uncontrolled free movement argument is bollocks of course, we always have had the power to kick out anyone after 3 months, all the other modern European countries do it.
  • Taking back control trading under WTO rules is about as daft as you can get, anyone who thinks that is possible really needs to find out what the WTO is and what their rules are.
  • The undemocratic EU nonsense is also total gonads, how may Brexiters know who their regional MEPS are? We are not under their power because we are actually a key member.
  • The millions of folks flooding in when Turkey joins the EU - more bollocks. VETO, we have one.
  • Immigrants lowering wages is also laughable - anybody paying less than the minimum wage is breaking the law, and anybody thinking that the great unwashed British layabout will do the shit jobs currently being done by EU migrants is deluded.
  • The imagined drain on resources is also nonsense, every credible study done shows that EU migrants are nett contributors to the UK. These studies were done by experts so the Brexit mob will reject them of course.
  • Sovereignty is another Herring Rouge. We make our own laws, mostly sensible. We have a vote on EU laws that in the most part are sensible. I like not being electrocuted or poisoned.
  • The £350m on the bus has been proven time and time again to be a total lie.
  • Stopping freedom of movement is mental. It works both ways, it's nice to go on holiday and be covered by reciprocal health care, obviously fanatic Brexiters will never want to leave Little England, but millions would like to.
  • Stopping freedom of movement is mental. Yep, twice! They did that in Berlin, it didn't work and why would it be so great unless you really hate foreigners?
  • Stopping freedom of movement is mental. Three times! Most of the immigrants into the UK do not come from the EU! I suppose they will the next targets of the neo-facists.
  • Most Brexiters don't give flying doodah about Northern Ireland, how many deaths will be acceptable to them?
  • 37% is not a majority, 63% of the electorate did not vote for Brexit.
The promised land of milk and honey that the Brexiters talked about has been replaced with survival. Yes of course the UK would survive Brexit, it won't be the end of the World, but the potential 10% GDP hit would be similar to the after effects of a war. There are no benefits at all to leaving the EU. It is an act of self-harm. If the Brexiting 1/3rd of the country were a person it would be sectioned under the mental heath act.

1. Unprovable, at least until it happens, but 5% is almost twice as bad as the recent global banking crisis. Highly unlikely.
2. There is no such thing as no deal but is another expression of WTO rules. As for a 10% hit to GDP, you may as well have said 50% it is so absurdly apocalyptic. (See 1. )
3. Remain by any other word. (Norway voted twice not to join the EU, but you know what politicians are like...)
4. Remain. Hysterical claims of company exodus have been vastly overblown with more companies opening here than have left.

And as for your bullying and patronising arrogance.....

OK without a google and also without much of an education, I would say that sovereignty is having absolute control of everything to do with our laws, courts, borders, financial, taxes, government, elections and the ability to vote out governments after a set period, being an independent self-ruling nation.

And you can hand on heart tell me we have lost the ability to do all that?

You are telling me right now that the UK elected government doea not do all those things for us right now.

That we have somehow lost control of our parliament to Europe and they are controlling us.

To want sovereinty back we'd have had to have lost all of that.... so are you sure that's what you want? You absolutely sure it's not something else you want?

The Lisbon treaty itself means that EU member states can choose to remove all EU input from its legislstive processes.

All the laws and decisions we make are our own. The EU can suggest them.... we choose to put them in place. Our governments are the ones ducking things up and conveniently telling you it's the EU.

That's why Brexit happened. Article 50 I'd the EU veto. Its part of the same process of accepting or no accepting their rulings.

Anyway... what if staying in the EU gave you everything you wanted...? Including sovereignty....that you have never lost.

Would you vote for that? What if the EU crumbled and said have what tou wsant....

Would you want to stay then?

Hold on.... so what your saying here is -5% -2% -10% hits to the economy.... is ok as long as we get back our sovereinty.......... that we never lost and get a blue passport?

Remember this is set against the status quo which must equal economic stability? Are you fucking sure pal?

What is it you actually want?

Patriotism! Screw the economy, screw the future of our children and grandchildren as long as they get their blue passports and they start shifting the foreigners out. Even the 2% hit to an economy that cannot provide the basic services a modern country expects would be really painful, 10% (which was a small 'c' conservative estimate) would be catastrophic. Imagine 1 in 10 hospitals closing and 12,000 less police officers.

We already have the lowest number of doctors per 1000 people in Europe - we have 2.8 per 1,000, fucking Lithuania has over 4! Knock off 0.28 and we will down with Mexico. Brexit dividend!

The difference between patriotism and nationalism is massive, I am patriotic because I want what is best for the country not some fantasy utopia that the nazionalists imagine is possible.

Massively important point there...

Being patriotic doesnt make you a nationalist....

Being a nationalist is not patriotic.

Being nationalist does however make you a proper cunt.

To paraphrase yourself, Are you fucking sure you read my reply right pal?
Well feel free to clarify for me because I read it, re read it and it definitely seems like your suggesting a hit to the GDP is acceptable.... as opposed to the statis quo.

I would like you to explain your post because I'm pretty sure that's what you're saying..

Somewhere between 2-10% negative hit on the countries finances is perfectly fine as opposed to remaining with the current deal.
