In contrast to the scum sats -
Tottenham Hotspur after 30 games (since 1996 when the Premier League was reduced to 20 teams, 23 years of stats):
We are doing very nicely! OK, not as good as last year's record breaking season, but fucking blimey, it ain't half bad!
- 2nd best points score,
- 2nd highest number of wins
- 2nd highest goals scored
- 2nd highest goal difference
Tottenham Hotspur - After 30 games played We have scored just one goal less than we had at this stage last year, that's pretty good eh? The margins between a record breaker and 2nd best are fine. If we had not had a few of those disappointing draws then this season would have been even better than last. If we had scored just one more goal against the pikeys, West Brom and Watford, we would be sitting nicely in 2nd and have beaten last year's triffic record for this stage of the season. That bollocks is sorted now, we have won 5 of the last 6 Premier League games, the only draw coming against the dippers away and that can only be seen as a point earned, so all in all - luvverly jubberly!
The first 3 games at Wembley were a bit iffy, that is to be expected, just 2 points from those 3 games. but own that place now. We had a bit of a mid season blip, starting with the very unlucky loss to United in November, followed by the away loss to the scum, and the draws with the baggies and Watford, just 5 points from 6 games, that hurt, but sorted now.
2nd place and the FA Cup will do very nicely please Mr Poch. COYS!
