I honestly couldn't give fuck. He is free to go wherever he wants. Just win Sunday and kiss his ass goodbye.

He’s back ..

“Hi Cristian, this is turning in to a huge PR disaster for us. If we send the jet, can you pop back to be at the game for us?”

🙄

He could have been a fucking hero here... All he had to do was care more about the collective goals than his personal ones...

If he'd have shown up and been the captain he was chosen to be, he'd have been waved goodbye with grace...

However he chose himself and we won't remember the prick other than when he ultimately let us all down...

Fuck him ⚰️

Agree...but he started letting his teammates down a long while back. I don't think he was ever captain material tbh. He was aggressive, but not in control of it. He made irrational decisions when he needed to be calm and measured.
When you think of some of proper centre half captains, King, Perryman, Mabbutt....proper leaders, that were solid and lead by example and kept their heads regardless of the pressure.
At no stage did I ever think Cuti was reliable or a leader. When the pressure was on, I always thought of him liable to get sent off and let us down...
May sound harsh, but it's true.

He’s always put country ahead of club. Way ahead. Which is fair enough, but that alone means he’s not captain material. Hopefully he gets through the World Cup unscathed and we can sell him on for a good fee.

Very positive... I don't disagree... But I would add... Fuck him...
