Yet again, the numpties get all riled up by total bollocks. When will they learn that when media reports say things like 'according to reports...' that means 'we have made this shit up'.

Anyone can produce a report. Here's one:

"Pochetino might force all the players to bow to him and kiss his feet before every training session. Drawing pins could be placed into their boots so they can man-up a bit and they all might have to wear little Tommy Carroll's underpants."

Upon further analysis of the above photo, based on the muscle definition of his flexed right quadriceps, it will require 26 days, 8 hours & 33 mins of more rehabilitation & development before he is ready to play in Poch's demanding system.

This is good news.
Hope he is ready sooner than the analysis projects.

Don't know about this hip injury business, looks like Coco has been away learning how to defy gravity with that photo. Should come in handy when we meet Man U at our (potentially) last game at the Lane.

INJURY UPDATE: @ErikLamela is to undergo surgery on his hip on Saturday. This will result in Erik returning to action next season.

The player has achieved a good level of function, however he has been unable to reach the stage required to make a full return to training. Therefore, following ongoing extensive consultation with specialists, surgery has been agreed by all as the best course of action.

Surgery on what? The other week they were saying he's had scans and there is nothing there? There's got to be more to it than this, he looks like a ghost in the other picture above and he's also been pictured kicking a ball on the training pitch recently (above). Has he actually had a nervous breakdown or something?

Yes sorry I knew it was his Hip but iirc he's had all sorts of scans and there wasn't a problem. It's bizarre, any way hope something good comes out of it.

Hip surgery.

Perhaps, an expert (somewhere) believe non-surgical methods would be the best course of treatment.

Now it appears as though all involved have agreed its time for surgery.

He is also struggling to get over the death of his bulldog and his brother was also injured in a car accident.

With the injury and all the other stuff going on, I am not surprised with how he looks.

Lets hope he has the desire to come back from this, because he was excellent for us before his injury

apparently that area can not be conclusively scanned,so I read somewhere, its a bit like back pain or neck pain not always obvious for diagnosis, but i did read that on T`internet so could be bollox !

well I'm no medical expert, but if I was running the club, with all the resource and medical experience at my disposal I would have sent him off to a couple of experts wherever they might be in the world, for a proper diagnosis and treatment. The injury hasn't stopped him returning to Italy, or flying to Argentina.

I know these guys are delicate and some of them just need 'an arm around their shoulders' Redknapp style, I also appreciate that his dog died and that his brother was in a very bad way, but sooner or later they have to face up to the fact that they are getting paid £60,000 a week. That requires some commitment back to the club in my view right across the board. That's my view and there might be all sorts of stuff we don't know.....so ultimately I do hope his head is straight and he comes back stronger, he's a talented player but it doesn't look great at the moment.

Something fishy going on here. If his hip is keeping him out this long it must be something which will now be continuous through out his career.

Agreed.
Lots off BS on the 'net from so called Spurs fans stating that he's "always had a bad attitude", "a waste of space & money", "never lived up to the hype", "we're much better off without him", & "can't wait to be rid of him" etc.

Honestly, I cannot understand how their cerebral processing functions.
If their brains were computer hardware, you'd have them serviced or binned.
