The talk is, we are prepared to pay a realistic fee for the RB that meets Poch’s criteria, but forget even spending some of the figures mooted we would ‘have to pay’. Trippier has a lot of interest from suitors, and whilst we would ‘listen’ to offers for Aurier, my personal take on him, is I wouldn’t be surprised if he is still here.
KWP is the interesting one, because Poch really likes him and his attitude, and pre-season will be key subject to formation experiments we will be introducing. It is possible we see if we have the answers within to solve the RB issues.
The ongoing chase of GLC, is down to us will NOT pay 70m plus for him. And the funny thing is, we are the only ones to of bid a extremely good offer thus far. The player by all accounts is very keen, and it may be down to him pushing for it. We do have other options in that department. And the potential conclusion of NDombele, will not deter another offensive creative midfield acquisition, if it is not to be GLC.
The Toby situation is very interesting, because we want him shifted, and if he goes we will bring in.
We are relaxed on the striker-front, and will deal in that area, but not seen as the high priority, Sess, NDombele and GLC. If we cannot deal on GLC, there will be another. Those are our target areas.
The third GK, is a weird one, as I don’t rate Alfie Whiteman, so possible movement in/out in that department. Do not rule anything out, even a loan. That is why it is a funny one.
Talk within is CE has agreed 4 year deal, with realistic clauses, but he wants to wait until pre-season to see if his option/s resurface. If not he commits.
Only if we sell Tripps or Serge!
Why should it? We have to generate funds in that department to spend it. And we cannot do that unless one or both is sold.
I have to admit I'm hearing ver similar to Hertyid, although we are talking about Levy and Aulas here so advise against getting the tattoos just yet.
CE. I heard that not keen on mancs, unless it was citeh. Juve won’t pay what we want. So I don’t know how genuine ‘he is keen on ’yanited’ has gained legs.
My opinion added to info above, I can’t see it myself. But you never know. Still talking to Betis, opinion again. I feel they want to set up their incoming deals off of what they get from us, before giving the ‘ok’. At least I hope so.
Whilst he maybe on a list he is nowhere near the top according to what I hear........ he has been on the radar before as have numerous others that we are linked with but I would certainly not see him as a priority
Yes I do, if he can't get what he wishes for, I believe he will.
especially as there is a lack of real interest in him currently
I cant believe one of the biggest and most successful club sides in the world who regularly challenges for major honours wants him...... and no other fucker does.....!!!!!Who: Ali z
When: 24th June
Subject: Eriksen signing a new contract, if he doesn’t get his move to Madrid:
Just a brief update - Ndombele has been chased for 12 months, not yet completely over the line. Deals for Clarke and Sess brothers close too, told to expect a busy few weeks.
Trippier and Jansen out going deals nearly complete. CCV, GNK and Onomah are trying to be shifted by the club. No news on an incoming RB and apart from those mentioned, incoming deals will be dependent on outgoing ones.
Toby has no concrete offers and will probably stay and see out deal, Eriksen only wants two Spanish giants and there is no concrete interest so likely to sign new deal.
Mutterings of an unexpected signing but no name, I have an idea who I think it is but will update if confirmed.
Considering the run around we've had concerning Zaha the last couple of seasons, I'd be amazed if he ends up here. Never say never and all that, but I'd file this one away as unlikely.
The crab doesnt give a monkeys. The Squirrel is outraged. He was led to believe that Jean Lucas, a young Brazilian had been signed to replace NDombele....turns out it’s Thiago Mendes, who? Yeah I don’t know either. Anyway monsieur Aulas the Lyon Levy says nothing has been agreed and no-one knows if he’s fibbing or not, Time will tell I think we’ll get Nom Dom and Lo Co. but I might be fibbing as well....what’s for certain is that Jack Clarke ain’t enough Daniel.
