Barca have asked about Gio tonight again

Subject: Fati

Barca want to insert a buyback clause that won’t happen with levy. They’re open to a sale with a loan . Gio could sweeten the deal . But right now hoping to reach an agreement on loan aswell as securing the club with a say if he does well option/obligation.

Subject: Lloris
Lloris is talking to 2 clubs atm

No idea on the conditions of the deal, just been given a thumbs up. But I'll be gobsmacked if we don't have some sort of option.

I've always expected one forward and one CB, if we can shift some first.

If we get those on and they are players we have scouted and identified early then I'd call that an adequate window without being spectacular. There are an awful lot of players being offered around right now by selling clubs and agents. We have a bit of cash on the hip and a willingness to bring a couple in which could be a blessing or more likely a disaster.

It's a wait and see scenario right now I'm afraid.

Re Gallagher there were two players ange wanted when he joined one was maddison the other was Gallagher , it says a lot about our board and our ambition that we are waiting on the sale of holberg to get one of the managers main targets in

the other signings ange was happy to leave it up to the new data team we have assembled which is why you are seeing us linked with so many players that Brighton and brentford are because that’s how they work too and why I believe Johnson will happen as well

Been here too many times so not worth getting your hopes up but club still very optimistic it can get the deals done. Johnson I would say is actually very likely, club has been in advanced talks for some time now. Gallagher isn't out of the question although it's a difficult deal to do. Plenty of interest in PEH. CB again isn't out of the question depending on outgoings. Let's wait and see, we've left ourselves an awful lot to do on the last day. Lots of players being offered around as well so you can pretty much expect anything. Hopefully no more Danjuma like surprises but it wouldn't surprise me with Daniel. Enjoy the day, I know we are all frustrated with how it currently looks but let's judge when the window closes rather than clogging up this thread with moaning all day like has happened previously.

Not based on anything concrete or specific, but lots of little snippets that have come my way point to Brennan Johnson today. Fingers crossed.

In fact, cross everything. Including that hand held vadge you've got hidden from your mum in that shoebox at the back of your sock drawer. PS: She knows about it. That's ITK gold right there.

Understand there is interest in Harvey White from a few clubs but Spurs are asking for too much money at the moment.

I updated this earlier it's Atletico holding the damn line. They are back in talks with Spurs now trying to do a loan with an obligation. I'm quietly confident Pierr will get his move today fingers crossed.

When: 13:53, 1st September
IF lloris and Dier don't find clubs today there's the possibility they will be compensated to leave. There is also a discussion where we can sign Gallagher and keep Pierre if his move collapses today but I won't put this in the forum until I'm told I'm allowed.

Crazy day so far ! As I said before it broke in the main stream atletico and Tottenham now working towards a loan with an obligation currently they’re not close to an agreement but it’s being worked on . All parties confident in galllagher deal till the deadline to complete it once Pierre goes .

will keep updating as and when I get news COYS

Club still confident it can get three deals over the line. Obviously we need PEH to leave and the thinking is we will reach an agreement with AM. Johnson, Gallagher & a CB are what we want and at the moment there is no reason why we can't achieve all three.

Cross everything 🤞🏼

Pierre reps has politely been told by the club that he will see minimal minutes this season if he fails to find a new club . The Fulham offer is on the table if Madrid deal collapses . There’s optimism from the club he’s (pushed)accepts Fulham nothing can be ruled out yet . Crazy hours ahead x

Waiting to see if Atletico come back with a counter offer we haven’t received one yet was always told Pierre and Gallagher would go to the end . Fulham deal is off the table now

When: 18:06, 1st September
Let’s just wait there’s still things moving on this one as was told chelsea would negotiate to the deadline haven’t been told it’s off yet

When: 18:11, 1st September
As it stands, Dier, Lloris, and Tanguy are not moving today. However, there's a late deal emerging for Davison. We also need to ensure the center-back coming in is secured. The situations with Gallagher and Hojbjerg are in the balance right now. But as I have said all day it could go to the wire .

I don't know who the CB in the building is, maybe it is Bremer. But if it is, it's shocking that we have a player there probably doing a medical etc when we aren't willing to meet the valuation of the selling club. Whoever the CB is, it's sacrilege that we potentially aren't signing one. Only way that changes I assume is if Sanchez does go late on and Dier is released. As it stands, it's likely Lloris & Dier will have their contracts terminated.

there is still 3 hours left and usually by this point everyone has fucked off home(they haven't yet). Personally I've not been told we are finished as yet.

When: 19:56, 1st September
Last update I had was that we were still talking re various deals but everything was looking unlikely. Still time though and we do need a CB.

When: 20:02, 1st September
I still believe if we get a late move for Dier or big Dav something could still happen with a CB. 3 hours and we will know for sure.

The deal for Gallagher is officially off; we've stepped away from the table. Pierre turned down Fulham's 30 million offer this morning. Atletico made a loan offer, but it wasn't reasonable, with just a 2 million loan fee and a 15 million purchase option - not happening. Sanchez is currently in talks with a club, and there's still a chance that could go through, but we'd need a replacement. Unfortunately, the Kelly deal fell through because Bournemouth isn't keen on late-window dealings off finding a replacement .

I hope you've all enjoyed my updates as they came in through this window and today . I apologise that we couldn't secure what we needed in some areas, but hopefully, Ange can work with this squad until January. Thanks for following along!

From what I understand we've set a price, if PSV hit it he can go.

I'm hoping common sense prevails and Levy calls it off or he pulls a rabbit out of the hat. I'm not holding my breath though.

Bournemouth wanted a price significantly beyond what any of the interested teams were willing to pay, which was a bold decision given his contract expires in less than a year. Maybe they feel they can use the extra time to persuade him to sign a contract extension. If that doesn’t work out, they’ll either have to sell him in January or lose him for free next summer. The current plan is for us to try again in January and/or June. Of course, those plans could be changed by another team being willing to pay more than us in January, injuries (either to him or to one of our key players),loss of form, or higher-rated players becoming available.
