Ian Wright ..

Every time I hear Wright speak about football, he really seems to have a good knowledge of the game & a balanced approach.

As for Levy, I have never seen players AND the media piling on like they are now.

I was about to say the same.

You'd like to think it's a turning point, but as we've said so many times before, all of this noise will only put real pressure on Levy when it affects the bottom line for the club. Not being in Europe last season cost us what amounts to a rounding error, and commercial revenue was up.

The spaces thing on twitter last night by Change for Tottenham was really interesting. Lots of different views and opinions by a whole host of fans of the club.

I found it interesting that Levy leaving is not necessary for 'change'.

Are we pleased with the window?
I suppose it's what we needed: a goaltender, a defender, and an attacker. And respectable spend. We shall see how it works out, but I feel better today than I did yesterday.

Talk of skullduggery in the background still pisses me off, so Levy out, but he held his nerve on Ange, and did some business, so let's keep our eyes on that treble.

I agree with a lot of this.
Addressed a number of weaknesses with what appears to be quality.
Some feel we needed them sooner but sometimes timing comes into play.
They may not have been available earlier in the window less Kinsky.

Well, he spent close to £100 million, so at least he has backed the manager.

Still a cheap cunt...
Well Bayern still apparently owe us some money from the Kane deal so probably looked for some of that to be knocked off and Kinsky was signed from a club formerly owned by ENIC so you're probably not far wrong.

There's probably some link between ENIC and Lens over the signing of Danso if you looked for it.

Suppose....

I'm with @Yid though. Obviously I'm not as eloquent but Levy is and always has been the reason for our lack of trophies. But yes, I'm reasonably and ever so slightly pleased with the signings....that's as far as I'll go. I wouldn't give him the fucking satisfaction of him thinking I had the slightest hint of a grin on my face.

"I think we brought in some top boys, good lads. Not as many as we needed to, y'know, but the chairman didn't see value in the market."

It's how we wound up with Nelsen and Saha.
