VAR is shite for fans, but obviously with what's at stake for the actual teams VAR gets more right than wrong, so was always going to be a landslide vote.

The vote should have been made by the people who pay their wages - the season ticket holders, the TV subscribers, or they should have just asked me, I would told them where to stick it. If they have to keep the fucking abomination then the offside checks should be scrapped immediately, a fucking centimetre offside or not is not a 'clear and obvious' decision or mistake, if the linesman doesn't see it then so what? Swings and roundabouts innit. They really need to stop the blatant grappling and fouling that happens with every corner or free kick, start giving penalties when an attacking player is being held, it would stop almost instantly. Award penalties at the other end for diving while trying to steal a penalty, that would stop that as well. Mike the fucking refs up so the paying customers can hear what he is saying (and the VAR wankers),they say they can't do that because of swearing - well, that's a yellow or red card offence so dosh out a few cards and that would stop. Only allow the captain to approach the ref and whinge like a little girl, when you see a whole fucking team in the ref's face arguing about a decision and being abusive they should all be booked. There you go, I have sorted everything, make me head of the Premier League!

Offside on feet only imo. Simplify it...I would keep goal line technology and properly introduce semi-automated offsides.

And when one fails... The game stops and we see more horseshit...@Dorset makes a lot of good points.
In reference to the offsides by a centimeter, it is kind of ridiculous.
Just a thought, each player wears a tracking device. It is situated on their backs within their bras. Why not use that to determine whether or not they are offside? A players arm or leg may be offside, but the main part of their torso is not.

Linos are fine.

The reality is that the technology to record the correct speed doesn't exist yet...And how can you accurately tell when a player is offside by a matter of centimetres when the ball is actually kicked
I’ve seen many VAR replays and you could argue either way depending on your agenda!

I believe they need 8k recording equipment or some shit like that...
