It’s fair enough to get stuck in to Ange, but now’s the time to be throwing on the attacking options. But who does he have to turn to?
No one... That's why, in my view, he gets a free hit this season mate.

To be fair if we don't have kids good enough to bring on for 20/30 mins then that's got to change.

No red card for that? If that’s not dangerous play what the fuck is?

I am officially allowing Micky to be called VDV now, he has earned the right to those legendary initials.

Massive credit to our players for fighting to the end, it would have been easy to give up at 3-0 down. With a decent ref and non-cunts in the VAR box it could have been a different story.

Decent fightback. Just a really poor result. Still an improvement in terms of goals/excitement on last season.

The TV repeatedly showing the foul on Deki is not doing my mental state any good at all.

Crosses.
They presented a significant difference.
Arse scored from two while ours were consistently poor.

The good news is that I didn't get up early to watch this. The bad news is that there is a clear formula to beat us: sit deep and cede possession until we screw up. I do love Ange's style, but more than half of this squad can't play it. Either we revamp the squad or he changes his style. Not too sure either is likely.

Yeah, shit result, half decent performance, great work rate and unlucky not to drag something from the game.

Sonny and Brennan "the enigma" Johnson's need to have a long look in the mirror. They didn't win their individual battles today and that stifled us massively in relieving pressure and creating threats. I'd argue neither of them competed.

Yeah, they both have no devine right and have to be better that their respective opposition players but today they both got put in pockets. Maddison also was on the whole ineffective.

I'd like to see this side be able to swap the two wingers around, invert them for 20 mins and see what effect that has, that's an easy tactical in game switch that could prove fruitful... We've never even tried it to my knowledge...

Where is the plan B when Madders is struggling? Sarr... Nope. Bisouma... Nope. Hoijberg... Nope. Kulu... Nope.

We're lucky to have 1 Madison I know... But we will can't keep relying on him as he will have off games, be marked out the game etc... like today.

That's just about our season over now to real terms. Year CL can maybe still happen, Europa is almost nailed on but that game was a big one for me personally.

I don't just give out holy initials until they're earned. Some people here were even referring to Micky as VDV in his first game, I won't name names, but the premature initiallating cunts who shot their load way too early know who they are.

I know we keep coming back to it, but we are crying out for a CF.

AdGuard on Android or iOS sorts the ads.

Apparently we led every stat in that game apart from the one that mattered - goals.

Corners, free kicks, shots - all of it. All us.

A battering in all but name. Sort of

Mate, it 100% didn't look like a battering.

I'd say overall it was an even game and their quality was the difference...

A snapshot of our
players ratings across 5 media/web reports including the Guardian, Evening Std, Independent, Football London and Sky.

Vicario....5.40
Porro......5.80
Romero..7.20
Vdv.........6.40
Davies....5
Bentanc.5.60
Hojbjerg 4.60
Kulusev..6.60
Maddis...5
Werner....5.20
Son.........6.20
Subs
Johnson.6
Sarr.........6
Biss.........6

Based on 4 years results 6.50 is the minimum desired rating. 5 is poor, 6 is under par, 6.50 acceptable, 7 good, 8 very good, 9 excellent and 10 exceptional.

Only 2 of our players according to the media/web achieved an acceptable rating...Romero and Kulusevski.

I will be watching the game on Spursplay tomorrow to do my own ratings.

Apparently Ange said after the game that the attitude of Romero was needed in all of the players. Maybe he is captain next season, who knows. Personally I don't see how you can start Hojbjerg and Werner over Sarr, Bissouma and Richarlison. It's also the second time Big Ange has had more than 10 days to prepare for a big derby and the players haven't been better than their rivals mentally or tactically. So a lot of room for improvement.

Also, surely Ben White should have been sent off for removing the keepers gloves and letting his country down. At the very least we should have been allowed to undo his shoe laces and have a free dig at Raya.

Apparently Michael Oliver was advised to go to the pitchside camera to take another look at the foul on Kulusevski for the penalty shout.

He declined.

I'm not sure how many minutes Richi has in him after his injury. Might be being protected. Sarr possibly similar.
