The current gossip is that the club are chasing De Zerbi as the preferred permanent candidate and want to bring him in now with a clause that he can walk if we go down.

Also apparently interested in Marco Silva as well but also Adolf Hütter (that's really his name..) is also apparently signing "in the next 24 hours".

So the total clusterfuck you'd expect really ..

No no no no no!...I refuse to believe anything negative anymore. It's all good from now on! Success, trophies, brilliant football, and the envie of all other London clubs.
We survive, get bought by a multi billionaire genuine fan who will only buy the best in class...and the next 10 years are an embarrassment of titles.

Oh and i'm hung like a shire horse.

Between Ange’s and Frank’s buyouts, the club are probably paying three managers, plus the majority of their back room staffs right now.

Well a week ago any new person coming in would have had three weeks to settle in and work with the players not on international duty.

Now they have two ..

This has to be utter nonsense. Could you imagine the uninterested VDV or Romero trying to manage the side.

They're the captain/vice captain... They'd be the choices right as if any other player was selected they could undermine one another...

Aren't we overlooking the obvious choice?

I thought this was just completely made up but he's back in charge of Bristol City. It's a weird one, they're not in relegation danger and have no real promotion chance. Guess he's just bored.

Tudor is out! And fuck knows who we'll be bringing in to replace him. You'd have to be insane, or extremely well-paid, to take over the team in this state

Now all we need is someone compotent enough to keep this bunch of unmotivated players up. Good luck.

Just seen the news. I assume they waited a week purely for PR reasons as they probably didn't want to be seen to be "cruel" for letting him go after he lost his father when probably nobody would have cared and would have completely understood a mutual termination.

My vote would still be for Redknapp and with maybe Defoe as his assistant. I'd probably even take Mason again as well but i'd also put in a condition that whoever it is can literally do whatever they want to as long as it keeps us up. Drop whoever they want to drop, change Captain, kick players out - anything.

As long as it puts enough of a rocket up them then it'll be worth it.
