Which one
The one that lies. .. Sadly which is all of them. It really is amazing that Authoritarianism and propaganda is still a thing... You would hope as a society we would be more like Star Trek... not a huge fan of the show but they have a lot of decent ideas on "being human".
I especially like that the Replicator can make Alcohol.... that alone would solve most world issues.. and cause them ..

Won't matter a fuck if we're in the Championship...
100%, we have way more pressing worries than whether Poch will come back. This manager we've hired seems like an interesting guy who has gotten clubs out of trouble before, but he doesn't have much to work with. And yet somehow we're in the fucking last 16 of the Champions League...

Tottenham Hotspur players have no faith in Igor Tudor, as the club face a critical decision that could have far-reaching consequences beyond the head coach’s future.

Telegraph Sport understands that Tudor, who has overseen four defeats since taking over, including the Champions League debacle against Atlético Madrid on Tuesday night, has failed to bond with his squad.

That leaves Vinai Venkatesham, the chief executive, and Johan Lange, the sporting director, who were responsible for appointing Tudor, having to decide whether to sack him either side of Sunday’s trip to Liverpool and potentially put their own positions under threat.

Just as they recommended the sacking of Thomas Frank and temporary appointment of Tudor to the club’s Lewis family owners, it will come down to Venkatesham and Lange to recommend whether to change head coach again, but the pair are facing scrutiny over their decision-making.

There is a belief around Spurs that Venkatesham and Lange could face difficult questions internally if they are forced to admit they made an error regarding Tudor, or if they stick with him and the situation does not improve.

Tottenham are now all but out of the Champions League and just a point outside the Premier League relegation zone with nine games to play.

While players accept their roles in Tottenham’s demise, they have been shocked by Tudor’s approach and decisions since he replaced Frank on a deal until the end of the season.

Well-placed sources viewed the events in Madrid – where Antonin Kinsky was substituted after 17 minutes, with Tudor failing to acknowledge the goalkeeper as he left the field – as the final straw between the manager and his unhappy players. A source said: “There is hardly anybody, if anybody at all, in that dressing room who has any faith in him.”

Telegraph Sport has been told that Tudor has tried to strike up a relationship with captain Cristian Romero, but he has done little to lift the morale of the group or instil confidence in individuals.

It was pointed out that Tottenham’s players did not give up in Madrid, despite falling 4-0 and 5-1 behind, but it is believed the majority of the squad want to fight for the club, the fans and their own pride – rather than for Tudor.

Tudor’s decision to drop first-choice goalkeeper Guglielmo Vicario in favour of Kinsky, who had not played since October, was the latest gamble that blew up in his face.

Kinsky last night posted on Instagram for the first time since his calamitous 17 minutes, thanking his well-wishers for their support.

Tottenham insiders were surprised that Pedro Porro was asked to start as a right-sided centre-back in a back three in the defeat by Crystal Palace, telling Telegraph Sport that the Spaniard was not equipped to play that position.
Some noted that when Tudor was asked in which position forward Richarlison would play ahead of the first-leg thrashing by Atlético, Porro interrupted to joke “centre-back”.

João Palhinha, Conor Gallagher, and Xavi Simons have all been played in unfavoured positions by Tudor before being dropped, while teenager Archie Gray has been moved around the team.

Tudor’s chopping and changing is said to have left players confused, frustrated and feeling disconnected.
It is claimed that Tudor needed to be reminded to inform Vicario that he was going to be replaced by Kinsky ahead of naming the team for the Atlético game, despite the Italian’s status as regular No 1.

Vicario will presumably be needed to start all of Tottenham’s remaining fixtures, given Kinsky’s meltdown, despite Tudor risking upsetting both of his goalkeepers.

Players were understood to be surprised that Tudor did not console Kinsky when he trudged off the pitch in Madrid after being replaced by Vicario. Substitutes Palhinha and Gallagher rushed down the tunnel to offer support.

Tudor’s communication, in private and public, has been a source of discontent. In training, he is said to have adopted a loud, aggressive style from day one, while in public he has repeatedly made his dissatisfaction clear.

Micky van de Ven’s form has dropped since the arrival of Tudor and the Dutchman, who will miss the weekend trip to Liverpool through suspension, said: “It’s a truly terrible time. How am I feeling mentally? It’s tough, I can tell you. Really tough. I have to keep going; this is life. I’m not on my phone anymore; I’m completely done with it. Only family and stuff.”

Venkatesham has been leading Tottenham’s hunt for at least one new sporting director to work within a football leadership structure with Lange.

But pressure is growing on both Venkatesham and Lange over the appointment of Tudor and what happens next. That could place internal scrutiny on their positions.

Mido, the former Tottenham striker, added to the criticism of the running of the club by posting a message on social media, writing: “Whoever appointed Tudor must get the sack cause I’m sure he never watched Juventus under him!! He is one of the worst coaches around! No tactics, no game plan and man to man management 0!! Can’t handle the pressure and can’t deal with the media!! Plz sack him today not tomorrow!! No time for bulls--- anymore... the club doesn’t deserve this s---!!”

Enjoyed the fact that Mido is getting stuck in. Always liked that guy.

Thinking about it, I imagine the suits are calculating that we’ll get hammered at Anfield no matter who’s in the dugout so why not trot Tudor out one last time. What a mess this is.

Let's hope the Lewis's love of money and the increasing chance of them losing shit tonnes of it by getting relegated, motivates them into positive action...

This club needs a clear out from top to fucking bottom.

Maybe they learned from Papa Joe losing big when he famously bought a massive stake in Bear Stearns literally months before it tanked in 2008. That's pretty much the level of crisis we're in right now

Always gotten the impression that he doesn't see himself like everyone else does, and that he'd want a permanent deal. Honestly, Nottingham Forest were dismal under him, and if he came to Spurs and failed to keep them up, his career would be over in the top flight.

Not manager related, but we're in a relegation battle so screw it.

Kinda rich to blame Levy (which i do) when you've only made things much worse
That cunt should be sacked immediately... Anyone involved in recruitment should never work in football again...

We need to spend big money poaching an entire set up from another club who has got it right, akin to what we did with Southampton years back... It's a shit approach but we have to flex our money muscle...

If we get relegated that'll happen anyway, but if we don't we have to be preparing for an entire new leadership team because these cunts are absolutely inept...

Picture the scene…..Spurs release a video in June.

First, Daniel Levy enters the boardroom and says ‘I’m back’….

He opens the boardroom window, and the camera pans to the training pitch. Pochetino turns and looks at the camera ‘I’m back’.

Suddenly a ball flies past and hits the top corner, the camera pans to a football boot, then a number 9 shirt.

Close up on Harry Kane…’I’m home’

GOOSEBUMPS!!

And then they take the field against Stoke on a rainy Tuesday night.

Wow, we were enjoying our nice fantasy moment and you had to go there.
I really hope it doesn't happen, but I'm somewhat at peace with the possibility of regulation, if only because I'm curious about the type of football we'd play in the second tier. Trying to play attacking footie against settled defences? Check. Building a support system to get the players through a gruelling schedule? Check. Absolute shit-show of a crisis to focus minds and clear out the dead wood, all the way up to the top? Check.

And, of course, more work on long throws, corners, and all that fun stuff.
