Outwardly (to my woolwich supporting friends) I’ve conceded 4th. Inwardly I think we can steal it, yet.

We win Thursday, they're done. They'll manage a point at Newcastle and that's where we'll grab 4th with a win over Burnley. We'll both take 3 points on the final day and that'll be that!

It's really just a formality these last few games....yep...just going through the motions. I'm looking forward to the CL group stage draw already....I hope we get PSG.

The Everton result hurt us. Reckon they will have avoided the drop before the final day.

All because Meslier is the worst keeper in this league by the length of my massive cock.

And one other thing, Arsenal gamed the system to have our match rescheduled and then we get fucked over by having to play less than 48 hours later?????

What in the actual fuck is that?

Every word of this will come to pass, though if Everton and Arsenal both need a result on the final day there will be a sort of unstoppable force/immovable object contest of bottlers.

I vaguely recall some ex-gooner goalkeeper (Fabianski? Almunia?) coming up with a worldie the last day of the season to deny us 4th. Maybe agent Delle can even the balance?

I think that might've been the West Brom game where the late Martin Fulop basically gifted them three goals on the other end to give them 3rd place.

No need man...I've managed to track down the chef who cooked a certain Lasagne in 2006.
Just have to grab a bit of roadkill and it's sorted.
Let's see how those Gooners like squeezing their arse cheeks for 90 minutes!?!

They've been cheating for approx 97 years ever since they bribed their way into the league ahead of us. Cunts

I think we'll ideally need Everton to go in to that final game needing a win to survive as they'll be far more up for a fight.

Even though I suspect they could cause Ars*nal some problems, Newcastle have nothing to play for aside from a long shot of possibly finishing inside the top 10.

I suppose the 'fantasy' scenario would be Dele scoring a late winner in the final game to send us into the Champions League :)

Romero's season is over

Considering our last two games, I'm ok with that. Would rather have him fully recovered for the start of next season.

and Sanchez did well enough last night.
The first 15 - 20 mins of yesterday's game, Sanchez & Royal had me a bit uneasy. Especially with Martinelli running at them. After that, they seemed to settle. In fact, I don't think I even noticed Sanchez for the final hour. I mean that in a good way.

I think Sanchez is actually more comfortable in games like last night--he struggles against more direct teams.

He didn't do anything wrong... I wouldn't call that a decent performance overall...

Anyways I'm a cunt who knows nothing.

Burnley H - will be tough if they sit deep and defend
Norwich A - hopefully will play their last hoem game in the prem to win and we will blast them

Toon A - Toon could fuck them up, but with nothing to play for could be out for a monday stroll and get rolled
Everton H - Safe by then? if so, we're in trouble. Not safe by then? Will be a game to watch

OK, so we need to win the remaining two games really. Chavs lose their last two, and / or the Goons don't win at least one of theirs - sorted. So the best thing to do is - win the remaining two and hope!

If we only get 4 points then it's a bit more tricky, the Chavs are out of the picture, don't matter what they do, they are still ahead of us. The Goons would need to lose at least one of their remaining two, or draw them both.

3 points to us means the Goons have to lose or draw both their remaining two games.

2 points - Goons have to lose one and draw one, or lose them both.

1 point - Goons need to lose both.

UK Eurovision points - we're fucked, but at least we'll get into the Europa League.

There could be some really funny outcomes:

We win one, draw one and the Goons win one by less than 13 goals and lose one - we beat them on goal difference. Same if the Goons lose both of theirs and we get a draw, or we win one and they get two draws.

Probably. That all might be total bollocks- it's a bit hot here at the moment and my thinking brain isn't working too well. All I know is that the hope will kill us all.

Something even more funny would be if Sonny scores two more goals than Salah does in the last two games and wins the Golden Boot, it's hard to say this but I want the dirty Chavs to beat the Dippers this afternoon and of course Real Madrid to beat them on the 28th May, and City to not slip up. The Dippers' quadruple and Golden Boot dreams would be destroyed - just the tinpot cup in their trophy cabinet and unless we have won that particular shiney, that is worthless.

Well that's it then, a point at Norwich is all we need. Arsenal not even close to State-sanctioned Murder FC on the night.

Ha, ha, ha. I am laughing at the Goons. Taliban United could have scored 10 tonight. Don't tell our players but just a draw and Woolwich not winning by 16 will do for 4th.

In all fairness, what a job Howe is doing at Newcastle. This is basically the same team Bruce had. Anyway that's enough praise....on to more important matters...the face of Arteta is priceless....he knows he can't blame the ref, the linesmen , the pitch, bad luck, the weather, or his hair....We're nearly there, we're not there, not quite, but, nearly......COYS!!!!!

If I were Conte I'd tell the boys they need to win at Carrow Road by at least 4 goals or else we're ceding our CL spot to the scum. W need to finish this season ruthlessly. NO MERCY! COYS!

Not to mention the Golden Boot for Sonny. I got the distinct impression yesterday that there was a concerted effort to get the ball to him. Salah's out, so it could happen.

I woke up at 1am and thought "Shit, it was Monday yesterday wasn't it?". I completely forgot about the game. God I'm old 🤣

What a brilliant result though. Dare we dream that the Chavs lose to Leicester and leave 3rd spot still open on the final day ?

I was too scared to watch the first half, I peeked out from behind the sofa, checked the score at half time and thought 'OK, might be worth a watch', I only saw the second half but the Goons were totally mullahed by the Taliban, I really enjoyed it.
