So let's see will we learn from the past and take 3 points or will we collapse as we did at Brighton...the last hour will tell alot imo....
This is Ipswich after all, not Liverpool.

So that 45 mins from Tel.... Discuss...?
Would swap him for Delap, before Solanke.

But, he is young and settling in to a new side. Think the jury should be out for a few more games

I think Delap will be a £70/80m player in the summer. He's a proper powerhouse and can score goals at this level in a struggling side.
If Sonny's off the wage bill in June, there's the money to offer Delap.

For me they are clearly told to do the same shit... Run around a lot which means you're rarely in dangerous positions and can't do you're actual job...

Could you see Kane doing this shit for Ange...?

Sorry, but it's a bullshit tactic that we're shit at. Delap would be a better fit to it than anyone in our side... If you want a hold up, back to the goal player to link play buy a Matetta, a Delp (who also has the work rate and finishing),buy a 55 year old Emile fucking Hesky because that's the player you need. Solanke is weak, Tell is young, inexperienced and weak.

Kulu is strong and the best ball holder we have in the side but back to goal he is wasted...

I don't see the merit in Ange persevering with it with players who can't fucking do it...

I have to say, Danso gives me the wobbles too... He may need to settle a bit and yes I know that applies to Tel as well... His touch just isn't on point to give him time to settle yet, but he has shown signs...

Again, having fit players to be able to change the dynamic of the team is such an advantage.

Didn’t see the game but watched the extended highlights. Looked like a pretty typical Ipswich game from what I’ve seen. They get really stuck into you the first few minutes but then can’t defend for anything. Good to see Johnson back in the goals.

The opinions on Tel are interesting—doesn’t really look like a proper 9 to me, but then those are in short supply these days (hence us slobbering over Delap.) And he’s quite young, so there’s that. Just can’t get over how good Bergvall is. He’s everywhere.

I am displeased with the Solanke criticism.

Displeased, I tell you.

Hard to pick a MOTM today , Son had 2 assists , Johnson scored 2 goals , Bergvall played out of his skin , but my vote goes to Spence - he was omnipresent - solid at RB then switched to LB , solid in both positions and scored a goal

Hand in the air, I'm a critic...

For me he doesn't work at whatever the fuck it is Ange wants him to do unless that's not be particularly good at holding the ball, linking the play running in behind, scoring or occupying space and drawing on defenders to allow others space...

Maybe Ange is a genius and this is what he wants him to do... Oh we're 15th...?

Hard to disagree with Spence, but Berygulll was absolutely on it from the first whistle...

He's still young but he bossed that midfield stepping in when he needed to to break up attacks and providing outlets all the time when we were in possession...

Best game he has had for us imo.

Think Solanke is the latest of a long list of Strikers that were overpriced as a result of either desperate measures by the buying club or lack of supply in the market.
Can't fault the lad for effort. He's a workhorse but he just doesn't have the overall quality. If you compare Power, Pace, and sheer ability to score goals, Delap wins every round imo.
But Solanke...like Richarlison (£50m) are the victims of their agent's success..

That would be 3.

Moore may very well prove to be the best of the lot.
