Appears to be quite close - loan with a buy "clause" which apparently isn't mandatory. I would assume that if certain targets are met we can submit a transfer proposal maybe ?

Not signed until he holds the shirt up etc etc but he would be a solid signing. The sort of player we could have really done with last season.

It's now a "here we go" for what its worth. I think it's a good signing. Even if we don't make it permanent.

What the fuck has his opinion got to do with it... We met the asking price and should have had that bid accepted...

Sounds like Levy needs to get the legal team involved again...

I like Forest, they're a huge club that fell foul of the financials... They're a pioneering club for the English game... But this fat piece of shit can suck my salty stump...

The thing is it would have to be MGW who pursued it, right? Because the release clause is between him and the club. They’ve probably sweetened his pay packet enough that he’s not going to kick up a fuss. But if he was so inclined it could’ve been a big deal, because so many contracts have a release clause and they’re worth fuck all if owners can decide to ignore them at will

We're rumoured to have enquired about Jack Grealish after Madders' injury.

Why Grealish?!
I'd love us to go after Enzo Millot of Stuttgart.
He's incredibly skilled, swift, aggressive, & has great field sense.
Can play across the front & is a terrific playmaker & he also has a nose for goal.
Best part is that his release clause has been disclosed as only 20M.

Now going to Saudi League.

What a waste of a young talent.

Wouldn't mind this Bilal El Khannouss. Great skills & vision. Given Leicester was relegated, maybe a bargain.

It appears LAFC might have jumped the gun a little ..

Was rumoured before the injury to Maddison.

I wouldn't be against it. 29 years old, has won multiple trophies and it's also a world cup year.

Devastated for the guy. Stating the obvious, but it will take some doing for him to come back from that, especially as he's nearing 30.
He'll almost certainly want to try and I expect he'll definitely be back in some capacity but I doubt he'll be the same player he was.

If he gets anywhere near what he was, then he has to go for a move and a last payday...

And now we are being linked with Morgan Rogers.

It’s not even April Fools’ Day.

The THFC Propaganda Department are earning their salaries with that one.

We apparently just had a €40 million bid for Nico Paz rejected by Como.

I did read one stat earlier on which kind of encapsulated everything in a way.

It said that Chelsea have signed 49 players in the last 4 years and when you go back 49 signings with us, it was Nacer Chadli in 2013.

Nico Paz is a very talented, young player.
But I doubt we can get him for something Levy is willing to pay because Fabregas won't want to let him go (especially to us) & 50% of the sale goes back to Real Madrid. I believe they also have a buy back provision in the original sale.

Well that says as much about Chelsea as it does us.
