We've been here so many times it's not even funny. Why the fuck are we spending on him? We dont need one of him. We need help elsewhere. Classic fucking Daniel Levy chasing the shiny object in the window rather than addressing what needs addressing.
Verbal agreement between #Kessie and #Barcellona for June when the contract with the midfielder's #Milan will expire.
Tottenham have made a bid for non-League starlet Ollie Tanner of Lewes FC.
Well that's one of the three incomings. I thought we had to wait for departures first?![]()

It's worked once before in about 100 years - Rafael van der Vaart - that's it.It’s always the same with us every deadline day looking for a bargain and leaving it till the very last minute.

LEVY OUT
Dear Leader will want at least what he paid for him. Even though his current market value is estimated at around £34m, his fee will be a minimum of double that. What do you think is acceptable then for a fee for Tanguy at the end of his loan if it’s an obligation to buy? Anything above 30 million we should snap there hand off and hold our hands up and say we fucked up.
Certainly a shit situation. Only hope is that he goes on loan without obligation to buy and play like a world beater more or less every game and propel his valuation up.Dear Leader will want at least what he paid for him. I agree that £30m and above should be an no-brainer but I can't see that happening.
For me, he'll go down as one of the most disappointing signings we've ever made. He has the physicality to succeed in the Premiership and has some (not much!) pace and an eye for a pass. If he actually gave two shits about playing football, he'd be an absolute beast and worth a lot more than we paid for him.Certainly a shit situation. Can’t see if happening myself. I wonder whether he would really flourish in a slow pace league like Italy but only time will tell.
