It's a good policy to support... Even though clubs and anyone else associated with football doesn't like it... Ie hell never have to put it in practice...

I'd like to know more about this. From a North American point of view, drinking in the stands is no big deal. There are assholes who take it too far, of course, and they get sorted. How is it different over there? I'm aware of the history with the firms and all that, but would like to get a current perspective from a matchgoing fan.I really hope Burnham's idea of being allowed to drink in your seat at a PL game doesn't go much further than the idea stage.
I would never use the word 'footy'I'd like to know more about this. From a North American point of view, drinking in the stands is no big deal. But if you just say "footy's different" I'll invite you over here to go see a smalltown ice hockey game.
Perhaps that's for another thread? If you drink everyday, your an alcoholic
what about every 24 and 1/2 hours.... 🫙If you drink everyday, your an alcoholic
Pure evil... She is a sycophantic, self obsessed, psychopathic, power driven witch...Just seen that Suella Braverman covered herself in glory again last night on Question Time.
Rocks for brains

Jenrick, serving the people on super yachts by telling everyone to look at the poor cunts on rubber dinghies fleeing war torn countries...These Reform people are nuts! Jenrick on the boats...
Jenrick said on TalkTV earlier: "If we need to use lethal force then they will be able to do so. That's obviously not what we want to see happen. We want to see these people picked off the boats in a sensible and reasonable way and taken straight back to France"
Also worth adding Jendrick the cunt who's former party pretty much caused every issue we are now faced with.Jenrick, serving the people on super yachts by telling everyone to look at the poor cunts on rubber dinghies fleeing war torn countries...
Jenrick, serving the billionaire tax dodgers by telling everyone to look at those on benefits who are just trying to fucking survive...
Jenrick, helping those with ownership and major stakes in oil burning energy companies that are irreversibly damaging our planet and continuing to hold the entire fucking world to ransome, by telling you that net zero isn't real and that the worlds climate changing Infront of your fucking eyes as your house floods and is blown away by a hurricane, isn't real...
Proper cunt...

I thought he did by finding £4.7 billion from other departments?I wonder if John Healey will again resign over the chancellors refusal to raise defence spending...
The government is all headlines and no substance.I thought he did by finding £4.7 billion from other departments?
Government's tend to be.The government is all headlines and no substance.
He did...I thought he did by finding £4.7 billion from other departments?
Are there clouds you should be shaking your fist at...?The government is all headlines and no substance.
Nah, not always. Burnham and his crowd are just headlines.Government's tend to be.
Have you anything constructive to contribute? Are there clouds you should be shaking your fist at...?
Have you anything positive to contribute... Your glass seems to be half full all the fucking time...Have you anything constructive to contribute?
Nah, I look at things realistically. I look beyond the headlines this government like to post, trying to win over the tic tok and insta generation.Have you anything positive to contribute... Your glass seems to be half full all the fucking time...
If you look at things negatively they will ultimately be negative for you...
I agree, although I think it could be sooner. Early Dec maybe.Labour ain't Labour anymore, we all know that... But they ain't the Tories or the far right extremists,l. This budget was cautious in a world that is risky as fuck... This PM does not have a mandate, he is running on Starmers wicket and until that changes... I think Jan/Feb if you're interested... We won't see them go for the change Burnham talked at length about during the season... A generational change to how this country operates... I'm down for trying some of that.
The Reform bubble burst months ago. The decline is almost done. Behind Labour in almost all polls for the last month or so, some polls have them behind The Tories.I expect some big Reform scandal over Christmas / early Jan and Labour to capitalise on that negativity to drive them into obscurity with the electorate and the hapless Tories being the Shadow government...
The Greens stopped being 'Green' a few years backI would like the Greens to recapture some of their gusto. While they are a little wild we need them to be pulling enough clout that Labour and anyone else actually interested in not fucking the country up the arse for the top 5% wealthiest or basically being a racist cunt, pull back left a bit and bring that Overton window with it...
