Unless something has changed in the last month or so, Everton are in such dire financial straits that relegation might be the end of the club.

I don’t think the pressure should be on Ange this early in his Spurs career. Obviously a bad result against Arsenal may not help.Hopefully we’ll have two for the NLD!
If they roll us over then pressure will mount on Ange but they can be got at as Brighton proved!

I do think we are playing the best football since Poch, and I do agree we can be a bit naive with our defensive line.
i have also accepted Ange won’t change. Which helps my stress levels when watching
Fans on social media, yes. Fans in the stadium that I talk too are generally positive, even after a few beers.Well you have hit the nail on the head as it ‘shouldn’t be on Ange this early as it is an ongoing project’!
But that’s not how it works with some of our fickle fans and if the heat comes back at Levy at games you know the result!
Rinse and repeat.

Some fans talk like we should win every game 4-0
And we can't even claim that..Ridiculous we only managed one goal yesterday from the chances we had!

I think we'll be ok. I do think Ange has to be a bit more savvy tactically tbh. I do like him. He walked into a toxic environment with players being coached by successive negative cynically minded wankers for the previous 4/5 seasons.
Yeah things have to be tweaked, no doubt but yesterday and v Leicester the only thing that was missing was a Harry Kane. The one point we picked up over those 2 games would've been 6 if Harry was here or another top class centre forward. But Levy decided we didn't need a replacement with Sonny and Richie here....neither of whom are natural predatory goalscorers. That's why Solanke was brought in. Big risk imo but let's see what he can do.
For me the most important player we have right now is VDV. His speed cuts out 95% of threats, even with the high line. And he can be a threat himself going forward. He's the best signing I can remember in years and potentially could be one of the very best if he can stay fit.
We're a different team with a proper centre forward and Mickey at the back so I say we stay patient, trust Ange to get it right and start it by stuffing the goons on September 15th.
