When we have fans who booed off AVB’s team at half time in his very first game and who seem to think we’ve literally appointed “someone off the street” in Ange, he won’t get time with them.

I just hope the club can ignore that element and let him do what he needs to do.

Hopefully his relationship with Scott Munn will mean we stand a higher chance of a proper rebuild and shipping out some of those who should have moved on a long time ago.

Mate, I can tell you as an Aussie who has followed Ange’s whole managerial career that the guy is a superstar.

We will play attractive football, he will back young players and he will not suffer any player who does not bleed for the team.

If, and it’s a monumental if Levy stays out of his fucking way Postecoglou will shock the hell out of a lot of sceptics.

You’ll love him. The players will love him.

He also needs time...this is not a quick fix.

Good thing we are seemingly giving him a two year contract with an option for a third. That should be enough time, eh?

2 or 3 games should be enough to see the change in attitude tbh and once we see that, any doubting fans will soon come around.
I'd be happy with top 8 by Christmas but playing well and players leaving nothing on the pitch.

I congratulated my Celtic supporting friend via text on Saturday after winning an unprecedented 8th treble. Had a good laugh with this.

Here's his response.

I know N'dombele hasn't made the best 1st, 2nd, or 3rd impression with his lack of passion & willingness to work, but something tells me Ange can make something out of him. What I'm trying to say is that he'll find a way to best utilize his attributes. And if he does, he'll be like a brand new signing.

Otherwise, he'll likely be the first tossed out the door.

Yeah it's kind of the other way around, isn't it. When the team start winning, fans are happy. Some (I think like most on here) even before that if the football and the effort is there.

A lot of people (including Celtic fans) are pointing out how toxic things were there when he took over (lots of doubters about his CV too.) Now they feel the same way about him as most of us do about Poch. So I guess I'm hopeful.

If I see the effort, desire, commitment, buy in from the players then I'm all in and the optemism will be there.

I'd like to think I'm not that different from any of you or most other actual fans... fanatics who fell in love with this club probably at an early age, and I would be happy with seeing someone give a single fuck when they cross the white line... I'd be happy with somone representing the shirt as I would and being prepared to put everything on the line whenever I was lucky enough to be selected to put it on...
